I purchased this microwave because it matches my new range and refrigerator. They are all in the Frigidaire Gallery series. I am so happy that I chose it...it is easy to use and clean. It’s perfect in my newly remodeled kitchen.

This is a beautiful microwave that matches my stove - same brand and model. It is very quiet when cooking (compared to my previous 1993 microwave). When you turn on the fan it is loud but that’s expected. Nice led lighting inside and on the bottom. The inside surface has a ceramic layer that makes it easy to clean. It was not too difficult to install it. The template for where you drill the holes on the top were transposed so do your measurements 2-3 times and use common sense before you drill.

I love the look of the Frigidaire Gallery 1.7 over the range microwave, smudge proof stainless steel. It was a great price (open box) including sensor cooking. This microwave works well. There are a few things I’m not too fond of: the charcoal filter leaks black particles into the inside of the microwave & the turntable (which some ends up in my food if it's not covered. I'm hoping this isn't a permanent issue. I also found the continuous alert beeping when food is ready a bit annoying, I'll need to read the manual to deactivate the sound. Aside from those minor issues, I would definitely recommend this unit. Last, I read in previous reviews the difficulty of removing the heavy residue of adhesive from the sticker on the front of the microwave. I researched the internet, it was recommended to use WD-40 & a microfiber (wiping along the grain). After a little bit of elbow grease, it was completely removed.

Replaced a 10 year old Frigidaire with this model. The control panel is very easy to use and well organized. Improved overall operation, tastier food cooked in less time.

I received a microwave with a dented panel. It took months for the repair person to come back with the right parts. After several months of use, the handle started getting wobbly. It finally broke off. It turns out that while the handle was intact, the surface it screwed on to had disintegrated (plastic). Worse, there is no easy way to fix this without having to replace the whole door (the where the door screw hole was originally is obstructed). Probably can epoxy the handle, but not a great solution. Poor material choices, poor design. Don't buy this model. Two defects in less than sixteen months. Get something else, preferably a product from a different brand.

Our microwave died in our camper. Researched products to see if we really needed one with all the bells and whistles. Our new purchase fit nicely into the spot. Easy directions best part is the sleek outside with minimal cleaning needed.

This is my favorite microwave of all time, thanks Frigidaire! The functionality of this cuts my cooking time without missing a spot.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! My microwave was 12 years old, but the door latch went on it. Rather than put money into repairs, I decided to purchase a new one. I could not be any happier. The lights are much much brighter, it feels bigger inside, and the installation done by Best Buy was excellent!

Got this microwave to replace my old gallery microwave that stopped working after 13 year's, This new one heats food faster and the reheat features are excellent, turn table plate is much larger, also the led lights are great, much brighter than old bulbs, use it as a nightlight. Bottom line my first one lasted 13 years so I'm going with the quality and reliable that I know and look forward to many years of use with my new one.

I love the pre settings and melting and soften functions. It's a very large microwave with lots of room

This replaced a previous gallery model with the controls in the door. My chef son in law cooked a Thanksgiving meal for us with all 4 burners going. It literally melted the control panel. I had to replace it rather quickly and this was a perfect replacement. I like the side controls on this model. The stainless steel shows little fingerprints and is the highlight of the design. I like the features, especially the sensor reheat. A very nice microwave

Really was the finishing touch in our small but newly renovated kitchen. Matched our range perfectly even though it was a different brand name. Did a thorough search for the features we were looking for and found it in this model at the right price! Completely satisfied!

This microwave was purchased to free up counter space. In that endeavor we were successful. This was worth the wait. It works well. It's part of the same brand we had in the other appliances. They are esthetically pleasing. You will mot be disappointed with the operation and function of this microwave.

The unit is very nice and easy to install, but the design of the handle is terrible. I installed the unit as recommended with all the distances matching (or exceeding) manufacturer's recommendation. We are using the unit for less than 1 month but you could already see the sign of plastic melt on the handle. No intention to return it since to re-install the new one will be another wasted day... very dissapointed.

Very beautiful microwave & not to pricey but well worth it.

This microwave was not to hard to install but it definitely helped to have a large box sitting on the cooktop (directly under the microwave) and then used two more cutting boards to close-up the gap so no one had to support the weight of this big machine while doing all the fitting etc. The instructions were fairly clear & we were doing a replacement unit, not new install, so it wasn't too hard. We could not use previous unit holes but close. Good instructions for various exhaust possibilities. Helps if you have done some construction projects and have good tools. Needed some shims because of tile backsplash. Nice looking unit. Love the two LED light bulbs. Very bright for our dark cooking area. Unit works well so far.

The microwave works very well, cooks quickly and evenly. It is a good size and comes with a rack so that a rectangular casserole dish can be used. The sensor cooking feature could be much better to enable to use sensor cooking for many more types of food preparation. That has been a disappointment.

Purchased it as a replacement over the range microwave for my existing appliance. Picked up a newer model with similar finish, picked it up in BestBuy store few days later. Also had it installed by Best Buy partner installer services - also no complains. Microwave works fine so far - hopefully for some years to come.

Previously owned a Samsung at our old house, but when we purchased a new home we decided to match the other Frigidaire appliances. So glad we did! Easy to install (note this is not the first time we have installed one so it maybe a challenge if you have never done it before). Easy to use, the keypad is intuitive. It is also easy to clean inside and out. We really like the LED lights. Another plus was that it has the option of venting the fan horizontally, vertically or internally. Price and other’s reviews was a factor in choosing this model. Again so glad we did.
