There are options to do all sorts of things with defrosting, sensor cooking, butter softening, popcorn, etc. My only complaint is that the LED light underneath is blindingly bright even on the lower settings. I know that's the way everything is going but I find the light harsh.

However I had to replace my first one after only 3 weeks because it just stopped working for no apparent reason. I hope the replacement does not have the same fate.

It did not have a setting to change it. So when I bought a new oven I went for the whole package. This microwave is powerful and the alarm is good.

The zero-turn for the door is perfect for my needs, as my cabinets are exactly 30", and other models by most other manufacturers require at least 31" to be able to open the door. Unforutnately, the fan motor stopped working after about 2 weeks. Service was decent to deal with (although I told them exactly what was wrong, but the initial tech showed up without any parts that would have repaired it - he just verified the issue). Also, I was lucky to check the warranty date when I first registered - apparently they had set the date to 6 months prior to my purchase, so without a bit of arm-twisting, would have only gotten a 6 month warranty. Based on some re-evaluation after the unit is fixed, I will update the review from it's current Average, should that be warranted.
