I have had many microwaves over the course of my 72 years on this earth. This microwave is losing steam from the bottom of the door and fogging up the front glass while making one baked potato. Repair first said that I had purchased an outside only vented unit, that was NOT the case. After calling into their superior it was said that this is normal operation. Never had a microwave do this.

used for reheating. food heats evenly compaired to other I've had. melts butter and such well. steams veggies. presets are ok not great and dont fit most of my needs. heat sensing, doesn't work very well it over heats food items. micro fiber cloth keeps glass clean and finger print free.

I was not happy with the fact that the black stainless is not in stock and they have to order it. then when I got the first one it was broke and I had to return and wait again for a new one. I waited for over a month to finally get my new microwave.

This was a replacement for a microwave in a rental property. The updated styling is great, it's got lots of different functions and should work just fine if our other Frigidaire purchases are any example. Pricing was great too, especially with all appliances seeing a bump due to recent inflation.

I use my over the oven microwave for the very basics - thawing, reheating, and the fan to recirculate & remove odors, heat and smoke from the cooktop below.
Something is very wrong with the fan. It is LOUD and vibrates the entire unit and the filter so much you really can't use it at all! I had the first unit replaced thinking it was a defect, but unfortunately it's exactly the same with the new unit. Very disappointed but it's a nice unit that looks great so I'm not sure what to do at this point.

After 6 months of use, the plastic component of the microwave door cracked. Have reached out manufacturer but I was told that the plastic component is not covered by warranty and was offered for a new whole microwave door for $227.27 out of my pocket. Not a good quality…not recommending this product
