As advertised, a low quality product. A microwave door squeaking like it's something from a Haunted House, and Frigidaire says, we can't fix it. Got that? They know it is a defect, so they won't fix it, because I guess they can't.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Check the rollers for wear and tear and debris. Make sure you are not overloading the turntable plate. The mother board broke after 4 months. Frigidaire has the worst customer service I have ever seen. No one calls you back. Their service center can't handle a problem, and can only forward it to their "back office". They won't give you a phone number or name to contact for the "back office" I was told the part would take four months to come in! I said this was unacceptable and requested either a new microwave or a full refund. I am still waiting after two weeks for a response.

Stylish and powerful, and quiet at that

This Frigidaire has the same wattage as the ten-year-old GE it replaced, but it cooks with noticeably more efficiency. It is also inconspicuously elegant and blends in well with other stainless-steel appliances. It cooks quietly. The fan is noisy by comparison, but I guess that is to be expected. I wish the clock was dimmable, but that is a tiny item. You can choose to turn it off, which I usually do (since the stove has a clock, too). I haven't even tried out everything it can do, but I am happy with the upgrade it seems to be for the price.

Better than the Average Microwave

This microwave has a nice interface, although it is a little too easy to bump the light on. It cooks efficiently and has plenty of settings. The sleek design is roomy but fits well over the stove. It does not feel revolutionary but really does the job.
