Flat door with no handle is great for our small kitchen. Nice to have LED lights underneath. No more bulbs to change. Works Quiet and efficient . Nice to have control over rotating tray.

Microwave works fine. Certain functions are a little harder to determine than on my old microwave. I would prefer not having to consult the instruction book when I just want to reheat a frozen muffin.

Here’s your standard bad review that you’ll chalk it up to one lemon microwave. The main thing is customer service wouldn’t honor its 12 month warranty even if it expired the week before, remember that before you buy this brand. It’s true, the microwave was a lemon. First week I had to replace control panel, covered by warranty. Ten months later the microwave powered down randomly, powered up five minutes later, then made a nasty rumbling noise when used next. Called customer service, they wouldn’t do anything because my warranty expired a few weeks prior. I had it two months before I installed it, so yeah, less than 11 months and the microwave crippled. Had a repairman look at it and the fan over the heating component thingy broke. Said the fan design is too low and the fan got caught and broke.

This was a replacement for our old Frigidaire Gallery. It so quiet and the added features are great.

I have had many microwaves over the course of my 72 years on this earth. This microwave is losing steam from the bottom of the door and fogging up the front glass while making one baked potato. Repair first said that I had purchased an outside only vented unit, that was NOT the case. After calling into their superior it was said that this is normal operation. Never had a microwave do this.

used for reheating. food heats evenly compaired to other I've had. melts butter and such well. steams veggies. presets are ok not great and dont fit most of my needs. heat sensing, doesn't work very well it over heats food items. micro fiber cloth keeps glass clean and finger print free.

My family loves the new updated sleek low progile design and it looks great too.

This product is excellent, vey beautiful, easy to install.

This was a replacement for a microwave in a rental property. The updated styling is great, it's got lots of different functions and should work just fine if our other Frigidaire purchases are any example. Pricing was great too, especially with all appliances seeing a bump due to recent inflation.

After 6 months of use, the plastic component of the microwave door cracked. Have reached out manufacturer but I was told that the plastic component is not covered by warranty and was offered for a new whole microwave door for $227.27 out of my pocket. Not a good quality…not recommending this product

It is a great value with lots of cooking space. It is a very attractive appliance with smudge-resistance stainless steel.

I use my over the oven microwave for the very basics - thawing, reheating, and the fan to recirculate & remove odors, heat and smoke from the cooktop below. Something is very wrong with the fan. It is LOUD and vibrates the entire unit and the filter so much you really can't use it at all! I had the first unit replaced thinking it was a defect, but unfortunately it's exactly the same with the new unit. Very disappointed but it's a nice unit that looks great so I'm not sure what to do at this point.

This product was installed incorrectly and I've tried twice to get a contractor to solve the problem.
