Nice ,love the led lights great buy and so pretty , notice after deliver it had a small dent as you open the door ,not big but there,nothing I can't live with ,and notice another small dent on front, I said had did that happen mmmm ? it's small but there,someone told me stainless steel can have dent's that show ,I love it tho ,and a great price,got mine on sale,I suggest it's a great appliance.

This refrigerator is very beautiful, spacious enough for what I need and because I couldn't fit anything bigger through my doorways. Be careful this fridge is pretty loud when running.

The fridge is beautiful looking and I love the flex storage where you can desing it any way youwant inside. The only issue with the fridge is that at times it can be quite noisy.

Well... The first refrigerator that was delivered leaked water into the fresh food compartment after every defrost cycle only having it one day. With little to no help from Frigidaire Best Buy brought us another new one. So far this one seems to be working great. My only complaint with this refrigerator is the noise when it's running. Just seems a little noiser then our last GE. Best Buy and the Geek Squad have been extremely friendly and sympathetic. I give there customer service A+++

I am very pleased w most everything about this refrigerator except at times it is rather loud. Other than that it is spacious, easy to clean and has good lighting

Great fridge, light and spacious. Door storage rearranges to fit gallons jugs. A little on the loud side, not not awful.

We purchased this fridge as a floor model with a few minor dents to the front and side. It is used a a second fridge in our basement and suits our needs very well. We secured a significant discount on this model and I am not sure if I would ever pay full price of $800+ dollars. It is too noisy for that price. The compressor definitely makes itself known when it comes on. As to the features, I love the bright LED lighting on both top and bottom, and the sliding bins in the door are genius. Our purchase experience was marked by the fact that the fridge arrived with the handles and hinges on the side we purchased them on, even though Best Buy said they would switch them for us. With about an hour of work I was able to switch them myself, but still...As well, the fridge arrived missing the toe grill it came with. A call to Best Buy was all it took to have a new grill send to our home. The sales person was incredibly apologetic and we had the new toe grill within a week. Very happy with our service and buying experience

My wife and I had to purchase a new fridge and found this one on sale at Best Buy. We liked the look of the fridge. I can't say enough about the delivery team. They had 3 guys and had the new fridge in and the old one removed within a very short period of time. It was very professional and didn't cause any damage. The cleanup was done correctly and fast. 5 Stars for the delivery team. I know when the fridge was turned on is did seem loud at first compared to our last fridge. If you read the guide you will find an entire section with noises the fridge will make. I am very pleased with this purchase and the entire Best Buy Team.

A little loud, to be sure, but definitely a good buy for the price range. We noticed some water on the top shelf, but aren't sure whether this was leakage from something in our fridge or something from the fridge itself. Will try to update if the latter.

Nice size not too big, not noisy, easy to clean. Looks sharp in the kitchen!

I like the light in the freezer, sharp looking, quiet and keeps food cold.

For the price this is a great fridge. I had space limitations therefore had few choices. I am thrilled with how well the fridge worked out. It holds a lot more than I thought and is made well. Drawers are sturdy and the lighting great in both fridge and freezer. The only negatives are that the bins have stickers on them that leave a horrible sticky residue I cannot figure out how to remove. It is noisier than my old fridge but friends have told me it is actually quiet compared to their larger more expensive fridges. All in all a great buy.

It's my first fridge. I love it! Love the slick stainless steel. The LEDs inside light up the fridge really nice. It also gives it a cleaner look compared to the conventional regular light bulb.

I bought this fridge because I needed the handles on the right side of the door (most come on the left side) and this one had the option of both. It looks very nice and sleek. My issues with it is that it is a loud fridge. When the motor goes on, it is LOUD. You can hear it from 2 rooms away, luckily it's not always on. The second issue is that about a month after installation, the top shelf of the fridge will get small random pools of water on it. I called Best Buy and they referred me to Frigidaire who haven't been much help. I plan on calling Best Buy again to get this fixed. Otherwise, it looks great, works well and is the right fit for my kitchen. Just wish it was quieter and the customer service was easier and more help.

I was looking at a different unit, but I saw that this one was available, at the same price, because it was “out of the box”. I was assured that there was nothing wrong with the unit, just that it was out of the box. Maybe a display, but they did not say. I liked the idea of having the ability to move the shelves on the door. Sometimes I have taller containers and I don't like laying them down. The refrigerator looks good, but mine came with mismatched door handles. I called the customer service line and they sent new door handles. It took about 4 weeks, because they were out of stock, but they arrived. I installed them and, perfect. Now, I have had it for about a month and a half and the freezer door does not seal when it closes. My ice cream is melting and I made sure that nothing is blocking the fans. I also noticed that the refrigerator was not as cold as it was a few days ago. I am going to call the customer service line back and see what my options are. I may have gotten a dud, don't know yet. I grew up with Frigidaire and do not recall any problems, which is why I am confident everything will work out in the end.

Even though this model lacks a lot of features found on +$1500 models, it was the size needed to fit in the space, and considering what I was getting rid of (wire racks, three drawers, etc.), this model was a noticeable step up. The SS surface is the type that does not need constant wiping off to clean fingerprints.

My wife and I both like the looks of Frigidaires Gallery series, however, this particular model is not without fault. The first one we received was a bit loud and after a few days use I noticed the plug on the bottom of the freezer door had opened up and insulation was visible with a small amount spilling out. We called Best Buy who were more than happy to order a replacement which was delivered two days ago. The noise level seems to be down some and so far the freezer door plug is still in place. Hopefully, there will be no more problems.....

Had to be very particular when choosing a fridge because of how the doorway is configured in my kitchen, even an inch bigger than this and the door frames would have to be broken down. I love this fridge! It's the perfect kind of stainless steel that isn't so shiny where you can see every single fingerprint which is a giant pet peeve of mine. Perfect size shelves and drawers for all your needs and everything is so crisp and clear so you can see everything you have before you even open up the drawers. Might be too small in volume/space for a larger family with many kids, but perfect size for me!

I absolutely love my new fridge! My family has more storage space with this product than our old one, and plan on purchasing a few extra storage add-ons in the near future. The stainless steel really does cut down on the amount of dirt and fingerprints you see, and it makes our kitchen look more modern and up-to-date. I'm really looking forward to next year when we plan on purchasing a new stove from Best Buy.

Had two units,both would not get cold enough. Ice still not frozen over night. Third one just marginally cold enough. Couldn't get service thru Frigidaire on the first two, Best Buy great to replace them until we got one good enough.
