    Enjoying the microwave works excellent it even has an automatic sensor for baking a potato, and they always come out excellent!

    It was the worst installation on the microwave because as usual Best Buy goofed up with the order. The trim kit which was promised at the time of purchase did not come. Now I'm staring at a microwave which has ugly space around it because of the lack of a trim kit. they contract out the install to some third party who has no clue and wash their hands off of everything. The third parties represent Best Buy's reputation. So what gives??? The chat agents are equally pathetic. When a sale needs to happen, promises are given, left and right. I am such a long standing customer but that's of no value any longer. Its a freaking rat race to get service anymore

    Love this microwave but cannot seem to find the matching built in trim kit anywhere! The model # MWTK27FGUD shows as discontinued and unavailable everywhere. Is there a cross reference model that fits this?! HELP!

    Stop working in leass than 48 hours, we have to return it.

    Love it! Spacious and easy to use. I do wish the clock numbers were further apart, but I know I will get used to the pattern. It's lovely having a roomy microwave--just in time for the holidays.

    I like the microwave, but fitting it in the opening was a beast. It was just a hair larger than our previous microwave. We employed a professional to install it. The frame for the microwave did not have any vents and was really expensive.

    One safety feature that creates extra work

    Good. Works well. One annoying safety feature we don’t need in our house of two adults is a double button is required before opening the microwave. It’s meant to keep little kids from getting to hot food.

    Vibrates when used

    Just received this and installed it. The microwave vibrates loudly every time you use it. Going to return it!
