Love it! The lock feature is going to take some getting used to, but hopefully there is a way to turn that off.

I like the microwave, but fitting it in the opening was a beast. It was just a hair larger than our previous microwave. We employed a professional to install it. The frame for the microwave did not have any vents and was really expensive.

A loud vibration can sometimes be caused by an issue with installation, like uneven surfaces or a loose part, but it’s also possible there’s a manufacturing defect.
