I initially loved this fridge. It was perfect for my kitchen. Then, just a little over a month after purchasing it (too late to return it) I woke up and the inside was warm. I paid for the extended warranty. But, Best Buy said that since the fridge was still under the manufacturer's warranty, I could either pay for a membership to BestBuy Geek Squad to get it fixed, or deal with the manufacturer. So, I contacted Frigidaire. I spent over an hour on the phone with them repeating my information and having to deal with them trying to sell me more products, all while the food in my fridge was spoiling. The soonest appointment with a technician they had was scheduled to come out a week later. Then, that tech cancelled an rescheduled for a later date. Then, they cancelled that appointment. I had to call Frigidaire again to get another service appointment. Hopefully, they'll come next week when they are scheduled.
While I've been waiting this whole time, sometimes the fridge is cold, sometimes it isn't. So, I can't trust that it won't ruin all my food. The lack of urgency on the part of the manufacturer and the unreliability of such a new and expensive product have greatly upset me. I hope they will fix it sometime soon. What a waste of money. I will never buy a Frigidaire again.

I’ve never hated something quite like I hate this refrigerator. IT IS SO LOUD. It’s a sensory nightmare. I have the ice maker turned off, but it still sounds like it’s trying to make ice at least once an hour. But the rattling is the absolute worst (won’t let me add a video here but it’s BAD). My other big complaint is that the freezer is small and seems to cool unevenly. I got about a third of the items from my old freezer into this one. When I do a temp check on the freezer, it’s warmer on the top shelf than the bottom. Do not recommend.

Not a large refrigerator, but the storage design inside is great. I was looking for the freezer on the bottom with ice maker in that section. I like the ice cube shape. The depth of the drawers in the freezer is a good depth for the items that I need to freeze.

I like the layout and size of the refrigerator, but it gives off a slight humming noise. The biggest downfall is its inability to turn back on when it loses power. If you lose power, have to manually push a button to turn it back on.

This item is GARBAGE and so is Best Buy Return Policy. I have had this refrigerator for 1.5 months and already had the power go out twice. I had to call for service today 8/21/25. It was delivered 7/9/25. Come to find out Best Buy return policy is 14 days UNLESS you SPEND money to be a special member. NEVER BEST BUY, NEVER FRIGIDAIRE AGAIN.
