I have had this refrigerator for 1.5 months and already had the power go out twice. I had to call for service today 8/21/25. It was delivered 7/9/25. Come to find out Best Buy return policy is 14 days UNLESS you SPEND money to be a special member. NEVER BEST BUY, NEVER FRIGIDAIRE AGAIN.

I wish the exposed side of the refrigerator was a bit more attractive and was also in the same finish as the front.

The fridge is a bit smaller but fits in our space, and does open properly.

Samsung was cold after an hour. The freezer was small, useless, meat compartment was a joke. You could barely pull in out and if you pulled out far enough to see it would almost fall out Awful procduct

After two weeks with no problems, I got a high temperature alert. The freezer was working, but the fridge compartment was not cooling. Returning to Best Buy was no longer an option, so I had to go through the Frigidaire warranty process. It's going to take about 2 weeks to get it fixed because parts had to be ordered.

I’m very sorry to hear that after already dealing with a leaking refrigerator, your replacement unit began showing a high temperature alert and stopped cooling properly in the fresh food compartment. After going through one exchange, having to start a warranty repair so soon is understandably frustrating.
We know how disruptive it is when your refrigerator isn’t functioning as it should — especially when you’re relying on it every day. While we’re glad the freezer continued working, the refrigerator section not cooling properly is certainly not acceptable.
