I love my Frigidaire except for one flaw in the manufacturing design. It's the stainless steel on the top front edge of the door where the metal curves. I thought that my door was dented but for whatever reason, the line of the stainless steel is not smooth and looks like the door is dented. I went back to Best Buy and saw my unit on the sales floor. Same problem. Other than that, I like the energy efficiency of it. From time to time it will be be loud, especially on the defrost mode. Sounds like the refrigerator is punching itself. At first, I didn't care much for the full width deli draw but I got use to it. Love the LED lighting and having a light in the freezer was a must for me. Frigidaire is efficient when creating large capacity refrigerators with narrow opening. I'm so glad the stainless finish matches my Whirlpool stainless finishes of my other appliances.

I saw this refrigerator at the store in person 3 months before I purchased it and I'm so glad the sales rep asked me if I could wait 3 months to purchase it because their Memorial Day sale is better than their Black Friday Sales. I immediately fell in low with this refrigerator the instant I saw it because the racks on the doors are able to be moved around and I could hold a gallon of milk on the refrigerator DOOR instead of it taking up space inside of the refrigerator PLUS the lunch meat drawer is BIG!! It takes up the entire width of the refrigerator and gives me a lot of room to put my lunch meats, cheeses, eggs, bacon, etc. Then when I opened up the freezer I saw the LED light and that sealed the deal for me I was completely SOLD!! I said I wasn't spending more than $700 on a refrigerator after taxes and here comes my bougie behind being the LIBRA that I am buying one of the most expensive refrigerators and when I see something I like and I want I buy it because I know it's going to be a great investment and last me a long time. The refrigerator was originally priced at $1,049.99 but when I saw it in February it was $949.99, well when I came back 3 months later in May it was on sale for $899.99!! You telling me that I got a GREAT DEAL on this refrigerator, the only thing I wish is that Best Buy would've given me 30 days to purchase the $125 5 year warranty but I just ended up paying Frigidaire $75 for an additional 2 years on top of my 1 year warranty for my refrigerator and they gave me the full 30 days so that made me very happy. To buy my very own brand new refrigerator at 35 years old when I've been saying I needed one for 4 years and to finally get it gave me so much pride and joy because I made an adult purchase that was needed for my household. I paid $541.42 on my 1st payment on my credit card for this and I will pay the other $450 in another week when I get my next paycheck from work. I made sure that this refrigerator would be paid off within a month after my purchase even though I have 18 month financing and my payments are only $54/mo.....My next big purchase will be in August on my flat screen tv that will be going into my living room!!

We are enjoying the new fridge. We like the visibility with the clear shelves. Really like the lighting, especially in the freezer. The only thing lacking: An ice tray set up, since we did not want an automatic icemaker... Would have had nothing to complain about if that had been included. Every once in a while there are a few strange sounds, but they don't last long. 97% very quiet.

We needed a new fridge for the garage but we wanted it to be energy efficient as possible. Picked this Frigidaire solely on its energy rating Once installed we were very pleased with the size and the design of the shelving. We had ample room to put all of our overflow from the kitchen. This fridge has drawn about half the power of our kitchen fridge living up to its promise. Its also nice to have a freezer with a light, so hard to find sometimes. Overall we were very impressed with our purchase and it exceeded our expectations.

Doors are deeper, which makes you reach further to get things inside. Best to keep frequently used items in the door slots. Motor does make some noise, but not too irritating as when my old fridge gave out. LED lighting and insulation make it very energy efficient. I got a good discount bc it was a display model and opened a Best Buy credit card. Smudge proof stainless steel is nice.

Our former fridge was smaller, but I did not realize how small until we installed this one. There is a lot of room, the shelves and drawers are not top of the line but they are not bottom either. I think they are still very nice and we have not had any problems with the drawers hanging up. The shelves are solid so none of the balancing act for odd shaped bottles or containers on the wire shelves. There is plenty of room in the door too. So far I am very happy with this new fridge. And the freezer has a light! Who knew? To actually freeze things we needed to turn the temp almost on max cold; we still need to research that a bit. Other than that, I have not had any questions or concerns with it.

First off, I love this refrigerator. I think to myself each time I look at it ,or open it up, this was a great purchase! This was the last appliance I had to purchase for our kitchen after recently doing a remodel in our house, and I specifically got a Consumer Reports membership this year as a tool to use to verify which appliances would be the best for my kitchen. It seems that everything looks nice that's on the market ,however, that's not always the case. In our kitchen, we knew we wanted to replace our 1997 white, compact, top freezer refrigerator with a new stainless steel refrigerator but we weren't sure which brand or model and originally we thought we were going to be able to get a french door, bottom freezer to fit into the 30 inch opening but we quickly found out that the depth was our issue, the fridge we had was approximately 30" deep and most new refrigerators now are 34" deep so that quickly eliminated a lot of options when I had to look for a depth of 30", so after doing HOURS of reading reviews on websites and Consumer Reports, I finally had to settle on the fact that I would need to sacrifice 2" for a nice, stainless steel, QUIET, top freezer refrigerator. After reading reviews, flipping back and forth between the Best Buy and Home Depot website, and comparing to Consumer Reports, I settled on this Fridgidaire Gallery Refrigerator. Most of the top freezer, stainless steel refirdgerators were supposedly VERY LOUD and if you notice not many people comment that this particular model is noisy, so I took that as a sign from Heaven and added it to my cart, chose the delivery date which was literally 3 or 4 days later, and made the purchase! I'm so glad I did because not only is this model QUIET, but it's Energy Star rated so you rarely hear it kick on or off because it's able to maintain it's internal temperature in the refridgerator and the freezer. It has two different settings for temperature control, one in the refridgerator and one in the freezer. The internal lights are LED so they give a very modern look to the refirdgerator that most people still consider out of date (top freezer). The freezer is VERY roomy, it also has an LED light which is nice because most freezers don't have lights and you can buy the ice maker accessory to go with the freezer if you wish to do so, we opted out because we normally use ice trays or buy a bag of ice for the rare occasion that we need a lot of ice. Speaking of, we bought two large bags of ice for Thanksgiving and it fit them perfectly with PLENTY of room left over for other items such as pizzas, lasagna, ice cream, waffles, etc. The refirdgerator is extremely spacious*, the shelves are interchangeable so you can move them around. The top shelf is halved horizontally, meaning you can unlock and slide the front half of the shelf under the back half in case you have something tall on the shelf below it (i.e. Vase of flowers). The shelf with a shallow drawer is very convienant, it allows you to store bacon, deli meat, cheese, cinnamon rolls away nicely and not have to stick those items in the crisper drawers (like we use to do to clear up shelf space). Speaking of, the crisper drawers on the bottom are deep and spacious, large enough to hold a ham if that tells you anything. They work well and allow you to control the amount of moisture that goes into the drawers based on what you're storing. The doors have interchangeable shelving units as well, and might I add they hold a LOT of condiments and items that normally take up a lot of shelf space. The delivery team was nice and arrived early the morning of the scheduled delivery. They didn't quite give us a 30 minute window after they called, they showed up around 10 minutes after speaking with them. Normally I wouldn't mind, however, I was banking on using that 30 minute block of time to set out all the food from the old fridge in order to transfer over to the new fridge when it was installed. The only negative thing I have to say about the delivery team was the fact that they didn't want to switch the door handles for me initially, they stated that "these refridgerator's don't seal well and open correctly when you switch from the factory installed to reverse installation". I thought that was quite odd, because that was one of my concerns prior to buying this model because we needed the door to open from right to left. It came installed opening from left to right. The installation team also said if we switched the handles, it wouldn't allow the door to open freely without hitting the wall either. I asked them to go ahead and switch it anyway just to see if it would work because I had read reviews that it worked just fine and the seals lined up and worked fine when reversed. They proceeded with caution and was pleasantly surprised that it all worked as planned! It sealed perfectly and the door opened even wider than our old model did without touching the wall! All in all, I think the team didn't want to make the changes because it would be extra work and take longer. I'm glad I asked them to proceed anyway because it worked perfectly and looks great! All in all, for $839 (pre-Black Friday sale price) this refridgerator was a wonderful purchase, it's quiet, compact, and very sleek. I love it, and I was thinking I would just be okay with the purchase thinking there wasn't a good option on the market for a nice, sleek compact stainless steel refrigerator but oh was I wrong! If you're on the fence about this refridgerator, based on all of the other options on the market, buy this fridge! You will not be disappointed because it's quiet, functional and esthetically appealing. Also if it'll fit in my tiny little 30" wide and 30" deep opening in my kitchen then I'd say it'll probably fit in most kitchens! Side note, the height wasn't an issue because my husband just raised the bridge cabinets above it to accommodate the extra height and I love that it's taller than most compact fridge's because it allows more storage and it looks more like a traditional, full size fridge! *The picture looks a bit dark on the inside of the fridge, however, that's just the lighting on the picture, it actually is very well lit with the door open.

I had a old model and it was taking up to much space in my kitchen. I now have enough space to put a table and chairs in that space. It also uses less energy and gives more room.

This replaced our whirlpool which was 21.1 cu ft. I don't miss the 1 cu ft. I really enjoy the full tray for meat and cheese. We are on solar and have been very happy with the watts usage. This frig is hardly ever on and our last frig was hardly ever off. The led lighting was the final selling point for my husband. I bought the stainless steel finish and love it! It looks great and works great. The delivery was no hasle. They came when they said and were very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely purchase an appliance from best buy again.

Very pleased with the new refrigerator. There is plenty of room and nice lighting in freezer and refrigerator. Shelves very flexible.

Perfect fit for my small kitchen. Had a 32" wide 21.6 cu. fridge and this new frigidaire feels like it has more storage up and down. LED lighting in freezer is nice and bright. The lightning in the fresh section is on the top on both sides. Lightning is good on top but not so on the bottom near the crispers. The crispers feel lightweight and not as sturdy. The pullout handles in the crisper feel like they might break if pulled too hard. Shelves are nice and deep. The pantry drawer is great. Door storage is fantastic. Way quieter than my old top freezer and cycles way less than old fridge. Purchased on sale for $929 online bestbuy.com. Free delivery and removal of my old fridge were included.

Has many option with adjustable shelves on door. Love the LED lighting.

The package refrigerator was too big for the space so the salesman substituted this Frigidaire Gallery was the perfect choice. It went so well with the other appliances

I saw the Frigidaire Gallery 20.4 cf. series on the internet. I looked at several sites and we started at Best Buy first. They had a floor model that was a "scratch & dent" that saved us over $500.00. We wanted an analog refrigerator with no filter to replace. The no smudge stainless front was a big plus. The fact that I talked with several repair technicians about what refrigerator to buy was another big plus when they said that they were made in America! The techs' also said they had a great reputation and if something did go wrong they were easy and cheaper to work on sealed the deal.

This refrigerator works well and keeps the temperature well. I like the light in the freezer. What I don't like is the limited shelf placement. Yes, the one shelf splits to allow you to store larger items underneath it, but if you do that then you lose 1/2 of that shelf space. It seems like no matter how you place the shelves, you are always going to have one shelf that can only hold shorter items. Other than that, I like it.

Great value. Spacious, attractive, good use of shelving space, keeps food nice and cold and fresh. I got it on sale with a coupon, no interest for 18 months, $20 BB card and free delivery. You can't beat that! Very nice and competent delivery men.

I love this refrigerator. The top shelf is roomy enough for tall soda bottles and there is nothing jutting out from the walls and ceiling to take up storage space. I also love the cold cut, etc. storage bin which spans the full length of the refrigerator. The ice maker is optional and we chose not to have it installed because we don't use it--this leaves extra storage in the already spacious freezer. The style is beautiful and has the "no smudge" stainless Steele.

Overall a great refrigerator and looks great in my kitchen. I am not sure what benefit the folding shelf has but its is a neat concept. I do especially like the freezer light.

First of all, can't say enough good things regarding the guys who installed our new fridge. They were efficient, helpful and accommodating, having to maneuver in very tight spaces. Installation went well, and we love the spaciousness and the bright lighting in both fridge & freezer. Knew from other reviews that the Frigidaire had negative comments regarding maintaining temperature, but decided to take a chance as it offered the largest layout for the space available. To be on the safe side we purchased a couple of temperature gauges to monitor both fridge & freezer. Waited 24 hours before adding food, but at the factory suggested setting, the freezer was above 10 degrees & the fridge was at 42 degrees. Moved controls up a notch, and adjusted freezer control, and now it stays between -10 & 0, which is fine. Unfortunately the refrigerator has not been as easy to control. Had to put temperature slide all the way to maximum in order for the refrigerator to stay below 40 degrees, unfortunately everything against the back wall froze solid. Not good when a can of soda explodes in the middle of the night! Quite the mess and pieces of the metal can must have shot through the fridge, pushing some jars completely off the shelf. Currently have the setting 1 notch below max, won't put anything against back wall, and temperature swings between 35 and 42 degrees every day. Can't detect a pattern, very random. Haven't scheduled a repair yet, as it could easily be within acceptable temperature range when the service tech comes. So while we love the look, size and layout, the ability to maintain consistent temperature in the refrigerator makes this a frustrating purchase.
