Awesome appliance! Easily can convert from freezer to refrigerator. I bought two and use one for freezer & the other for extra refrigerator during holidays.

These units are packed well. No scratches or dents upon delivery. I bought two, one for fridge and one for freezer. They are huge and cooled down quickly.

This refrigerator or freezer has so much space. I now can get all my food in the refrigerator . I love it. Was a great price. I got it on sale.

We bought this refrigerator to use as a refrigerator not a freezer. Door only opens with a great deal of force. You have to put your fingers on the little quarter inch area next to where the door shuts and then grab the door handle with your other hand and jerk as hard as you can. We took delivery in late Nov 2017 and thought after a couple of weeks it would get better and it didn't. Best buy replaced the unit in Jan 2018 and same problem. We have had it for over a month this time and it has not gotten any easier to open. If you pull on the door and don't hold the refrigerator with the other hand it slides out away fro the wall. There are two plastic adjustable legs on the front and then just straight flat metal on the bottom back so the unit slides all over gods creation. I am constantly pushing the refrigerator back against the wall and re-centering it. It is junk. My wife is 68 and 5' 6' 125 lbs. and I am 58 6'1" 210 lbs. I am strong but have a bad back from building houses and it is hard for me to open. My wife is strong but doesn't need the added stress of trying to open a refrigerator and worry about getting hurt trying to jerk this piece of junk open. This problem is not new...... or were we just unlucky and got 2 junk units in a row. I might add that I also contacted best buy in December 2017 on this site and asked what to do about the unit sliding all over and they NEVER answered............... Go figure. They answered everyone else's questions about this unit. If you buy this unit maybe you will get lucky but I think not!!!!!!!!!!!

didnt get this item they said it wouldn't fit through my door so I had to get a different one

We received the refrigerator but the door inside the refrigerator door second self which is labeled as Soft Freezer zone door is not closing. Called Customer service 3 times was transfered in circles. I am still trying to reach the correct department to help replace the door.

DELIVER DATE WAS APRIL 1ST, THEN MOVED TO APRIL 7TH AND NOW APRIL 15TH

Pros: Enormous capacity Beautiful inside and out BRIGHT LED's inside Low power usage Receives "oohs and ahhs" Con: When the power comes back on after a blackout, it defaults to refrigerator mode, melting all my ice cream unless I manually switch it back to freezer mode where it should be. Taking a vacation, I have no peace of mind unless I have a house sitter. Horrible design flaw!

All great one con is readout on door is set temp not actual temp

Bottom Drawer was Sprung and Scratch on top outside of door this could indicate a quality control problem with Frigidaire. Since this is the top of the line Gallery Model you would expect stricter standards. Had to wait several weeks to get Freezer and have not received replacement yet. Should have at the minimum got something for my inconvenience. If this is Good Customer Service Best Buy you might lose my future Business!

Total junk. Avoid this unless you want problems. Broke down after less than two months and now broke again after six months old. Even when working it does not keep constant temperature as goes down to 25 degrees all the time so no good for keeping temp sensitive fruit or veg. No idea on using it as a freezer as I have it in fridge mode. Last Frigidaire I buy.
