This was the refrigerator we wanted and it was available on hand at best buy. While other major appliance stores were out of stock on this refrigerator and others were considered, best buy vibes in and his a home run with availability and delivery within a couple of days. The entire purchase and installation was smooth. We did a lot of research on this product and we are very happy with the quality of the product inside and out. It's quiet and keeps everything fresh. Very easy to use.

Decided to go with The Gallery Frigidaire line. We did no handles which is nice not bumping into. The shelves in the door are extremely sturdy and it’s a little deeper than my old refrigerator. I can fit 1/2 sheet pans and full length aluminum foil pans in there.

Very sleek and roomy fridge. We had zero problems since we bought it. The smudge proof is a wonderful thing to have. If you leave it open for a certain amount of time it will beep to notify you. The Pure Air Filter is a nice built in feature , you don't have to have baking soda sitting around.

I just had this frig delivered yesterday. Freezer door drags on the frame and doesn't shut easily. You have to push it hard to make it shut and seal. Then, "every time" you close the lower door, it pops the upper freezer door partially open and it is no longer sealed. Also, even when you push it hard and see that it is sealed - then you come back later and it has become unsealed and is partially open - causing temp to rise and make the frig motor have to run more. It's totally unacceptable. I have called Best Buy and they are to come check it out. But I am so disappointed and since other reviewers have complained about this problem, I am afraid that even if it is replaced - that a new one will have the same problem. I thought I was getting better quality by getting a Gallery model, but evidently not. I'm 73 and used many refrigerators over the years and never has a door been a problem. Imagine- a frig with doors that won't stay shut/sealed and take extra effort to close every time. And to push the freezer door shut, you have to push on the outside of the door, leaving smudges all day long every time you close it. I shopped for 2 months and thought I'd picked out a good one, so now am very disappointed.

This refrigerator has much better consistency in temperatures throughout the interior and has not had episodes of freezing the produce, etc. It is also extremely quiet unlike the 22 year old Maytag it replaced. So far, we are glad we made the change.

This fridge came broken and damaged: outside scratched, light not working, and controls not working. Unable to change the temperature of the fridge section, so it freezes all the food. After rescheduling 4 times, 2 deliveries were cancelled with no explanation and 2 attempted deliveries were unsuccessful as they tried to give us more damaged fridges. All in all we have spent hours on the phone with customer service. Beyond disappointed with Best Buy.

Not really a fan of Frigidaire refrigerators because of the inferior quality - but it is one of the only brands that fit in my limited space. I recently purchased this model, and I am pleasantly surprised: it’s more spacious than I’m used to, and temperature is perfect midrange. The shelving is better made and sturdier than models I’ve owned in the past. Frigidaire is on the right path, it seems.

I bought this model for a vacant apartment. It was plugged in for about a month but was not in use since the apartment was not ready. The protective wrap was still on the refrigerator. The temperature controller and lights were not functioning. A technician came out promptly and determined that a couple of circuit boards were out on this brand new unit. It took 2 weeks for the parts to be delivered and I was offered to purchase an extended warranty which I decided would be a good idea with this happening. The appointment was made 2 weeks in advance to allow for the parts to be delivered and I was confirmed the day before for an 8am-12pm window. I was cancelled 9 mins before my window started the day of the appointment with no explanation. I was given another day but this time with a 9 hour (8-5) window. Horrible customer service on a brand new unit.

nice frige for the price. Looks great. Does not take up a lot of space.
