Poor Customer Service

It was plugged in for about a month but was not in use since the apartment was not ready. The protective wrap was still on the refrigerator. The temperature controller and lights were not functioning. A technician came out promptly and determined that a couple of circuit boards were out on this brand new unit. It took 2 weeks for the parts to be delivered and I was offered to purchase an extended warranty which I decided would be a good idea with this happening. The appointment was made 2 weeks in advance to allow for the parts to be delivered and I was confirmed the day before for an 8am-12pm window. I was cancelled 9 mins before my window started the day of the appointment with no explanation. I was given another day but this time with a 9 hour (8-5) window. Horrible customer service on a brand new unit.

Fridge is for a rental apartment, tenants love it. Installers came earlier than predicted, hauled away old fridge, in and out quickly. Consistently impressed by their Techs. Unit was on sale too,

However, hours later on day of installation, it began randomly beeping and turning off. It somehow fixed itself after unplugging multiple times and pulling away from the wall. A week later, same thing happened again. As a new fridge, this shouldn’t be an issue at all and its very disappointing
