So far, we are quite happy with our purchase. We looked at several different models including Samsung. This Frigidare checked all our boxes. We got the delivery/installation from Best Buy. The first unit arrived with some shipping damage. It might have been OK, but we decided to reschedule for another unit to be delivered. The process was smooth otherwise, and the drivers were very nice to hook up the water, etc. Very satisfied with our Best Buy experience.

So far I love this refrigerator. Let’s hope it stays this way. Roomy and water taxes great

We have had this fridge for about two weeks and are very happy with the purchase! I would definitely recommend this for anyone interested in this style of fridge. Pros: - Excellent capacity for a counter depth - The door design means you can access most fridge items by opening only the right door, which means less cold air escaping. - The air and produce filters are very effective. Produce does seem like it is lasting a little longer in the crisper drawers. - Flexible middle drawer gives options on how you use the space. - Ice maker seems quick and so far we have not run out of ice (which was a problem on our previous model). - Nice bright lights in all storage sections of the fridge. Cons: - Stainless finish shows fingerprints really easily. - Drawers catch if you close them too gently. It's easy to accidentally leave a drawer cracked. - Fridge has limited space for tall items: 1 door basket accommodates 1 gallon of milk, and you have to adjust the depth of the top shelf to store other juices, etc. This also means the small items behind the juices are slightly harder to access.

Noisy but so far it has been great, the sliding shelves allow for good customization of the space. It just makes a lot of weird noises.

Only had this fridge for a few weeks but so far I love it! The design is so NOW! And surprisingly it has plenty of room. Looks and works great!

I didn't think the icemaker could keep up with needs at first, but find that it does. I appreciate the drawer that has options to switch to various temperature needs and the size of the freezer. I think the overall shelving is good. A tradeoff as capacity of refrigerator area is less and the multifunction drawer can require shifting from one to another/change up of function but just a learning curve.

It has a modern look, compact and truly enjoy the extra pull out tray which has the flexibility to become a freezer, regular cooler or beverage holder by changing the temperature mode. Lighting is unique and works perfectly.

Love this refrigerator, the extra drawer is very handy, we use it for drinks and it keeps them super cold, the layout of the main fridge is perfect for us. Delivery and set up was quality and easy.

Very functional and lots of space. We are able to separate different kinds of items and easy to organize. The light is fun and functional. The two small drawers are limited to smaller items like sliced meat - cheese - things not much more than 2 inches tall - the center drawer niece to have variable temperatures. Water and ice dispenser tall enough to fill tall water bottles.

Got the Refrigerator as an early Xmas gift, so glad that I did. I had a fairly new refrigerator from another brand an had to have the ice maker repaired over 5 times and it still never worked right, the customer service was bad and it was their top of the line. This Refrigerator seems to hit all the right spots, ice maker is working water taste good ice is good. I love the space and the compartments, can get to all the freezer food, love the extra storage drawer. I truly Love the Refrigerator.

Love this fridge. It's intelligently laid out and as a result it has more usable space than our previous counter-depth fridge. The asymmetrical doors work perfectly for our space, and the drawer behind each door is the same width. A lot of thought went into the design. We use the smaller external drawer as a freezer, but being able to convert it to a refrigerator drawer is great. The "pyramidal" ice it produces is relatively small and yet the cubes work great in a Margarita. It produces a good amount of ice quickly, too. It can be a little loud when you're in the kitchen, but it sits on the other side of the master bedroom wall and we can't hear it at all at night.

Wasn't sure about the middle drawer, but turns out I'm not sure how I lived without it. It's ideal to keep your fresh meat at a different temperature. Not sure the snack drawer is very useful. Also, the side compartments don't have room to hold too many gallon jugs, so consider that when purchasing.

Very disappointed after having to call Frigidaire warranty to check out the icemaker due to loud screeching sound win ice maker filling and dripping internal noise only to find outbits normal.I was told also that this product is not right for my ice production needs AND that an ice maker that is up top and basically in the refrigerator section causes slow priduction for ice.ALSO that there are lots of issue with desigh having the multi use drawer. I AM DEFEATED AND WILL RELY ON MY WARRANTY WITH BEST BUY AFTER THE MANUFACTURER WARRNTY EXPIRES.

All good so far. There is a light on the Fridge door for your water. Cooled down quick. Very spacious. Only complaint is the left door hinge. It makes noise opening and closing the door. Lights are bright. Water is good. Middle fridge selection is great.

We love the style of this refrigerator/freezer, especially the third drawer with the temperature option and the deli/veggie drawers with the rotating options. There is also a lot of condiment storage in the doors. We are unhappy with the lack of height allowance in the unit for things like milk, creamer, pitchers, open wine and champagne bottles, etc... Also, the ice machine has extremely lot output. We have already had to purchase a countertop ice maker which we never had to worry able with our old Frigidaire. Good unit for a single or couple, but not a family.

This refrigerator is great in every way. I love the extra drawer that could be a freezer or a refrigerator. The icemaker is awesome, and it's tall enough to fill my tall water bottles. I wouldn't say the stainless steel is completely smudge-proof, though. My grandson manages to get smudges on it.

Our old fridge of 19 years finally died. We decided that it was time we got the "French door" style doors instead of the "side by side". We did some research and found that Frigidaire was a very reliable brand and at competitive pricing. We liked the extra drawer feature which we use to store our fresh fruits. This is a "counter depth" model so it's not as deep which my wife likes better so she can more easily reach things in the back (but we lose some storage space). So far it works great and is much quieter than the old fridge!
