They are lacking quality control in their manufacturing process. I waited over two weeks for delivery of this unit for it to not work. It never cooled down. Fridgedaire service came out, decided it was the compressor and ordered parts. Another week without a fridge. Compressor replacement didn’t fix it. Another visit and it is determined that it has bad wiring inside where they can’t get to it. If I wanted a replacement it would be another two weeks. What if that one has the same wiring problem? No thanks. Getting a refund and out looking for another refrigerator by a different manufacturer.

I received a refrigerator that does not get cold. I purchased it open box for over 2000 dollars. I am so disappointed and frustrated. I have been 3 weeks with no refrigerator, unacceptable. Best buy customer service is AWFUL! They want me to wait one billing cycle to get my money back, dumb. Will never spend money with this company!

After our 2 year old LG fridge bit the dust, the repair man recommended a Frigidaire as a good replacement. He was right! I really like the adjustable 2nd drawer. Great for extra freezer space. This fridge was definitely designed to maximize every bit of space (the little snack zone drawers are really smart)
