Ice lands on floor and is not properly directed into the glass. No guidance in manual to resolve this issue. Happy with refrigerator storage; after a month, still adapting to bottom freezer configuration.

Fortunately, it was covered under the warranty. So far, refrigerator is working without any other problems.
