Love the look and the features. There are no waves in the stainless steel doors, and they align perfectly. Features that I like include the counter depth, two ice makers, bright LED interior lighting, two-tiered adjustable shelves & adjustable temp drawer. This is my second unit. The first that was delivered did not work at all, but Best Buy was excellent in exchanging it with no hassle. The 2nd one works perfectly.

Love it! It is very roomy and bonus with the dual ice maker, we have not run out of ice yet. So far, so good.

This Frigidaire Gallery is a replacement for an older professional series and we love it. It has great lighting, dual ice makers and lots of space.

This is a beautiful refrigerator. It seems easy to clean though I have only owned it two weeks. My husband said that he likes it much better than our old one which struck out too far.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made purchased this item August 13 2023, it is now October 2nd and this refrigerator is not working at all. It was damaged then drawer replacement was damaged. The freezer quit working a few weeks then the ice maker then the entire refrigerator. Best Buy and Fridgedaire have not done anything to fix the problem but send repairmen with new drawer and compressor board, told to wait 72 hour and again nothing working but water, no freezer or refrigeration. At what point do you refund me and pick this non-working item up. Now I am told no appointments to come again until October 10. How realistic is this to go without a refrigerator for almost 2 months. Should a brand new refrigerator require this much repair. 1st picture drawer for original, picture 2 our new drawer. Both Damaged.

This fridge provides everything we need even at a smaller footprint. Love the water/ice feature in the door. Perfect for our use!

We have had this refrigerator for almost a month and are very pleased with it. We needed to replace our home's original fridge (almost seventeen years old). We did extensive research and scrambling to find actual floor models to look at (supply chain issues). But overall, we are extremely happy with this Frigidaire. We love the counter depth feature since our kitchen is not large. We appreciate the extra floor space this model allows us to have. The shelves are not as deep as a traditional depth fridge, but that is a fair exchange for us for added floor space. The shelving spacing is a little narrow, which doesn't allow for storing tall items (gallon jugs, tall pitchers, etc) except on the shelf with the retractable half shelf or on the doors. The dual ice makers are great, especially for our ice loving 9 yro. We have only run out of ice once, and that was when we had company. The fridge keeps food and drinks very cold, even on the door. The smallest detractor is the handles. We ordered the fingerprint resistant finish, which is great and works well. However, the handles are made of a different finish and show fingerprints readily. This seems counterintuitive since the handles get fingerprints with every use. Overall, this is a great fridge and we love it!

I really like the design and functionality of this fridge. Enough space for my family of four. Really like having two ice options, bucket below and the option on the door.

I am in love with this refrigerator! I was initially looking to buy a Samsung but found they were about an inch too tall for my space. I found this Frigidaire that was the perfect size and it’s even better than the Samsungs I was looking at; it has all the features I wanted in one refrigerator! It fit my budget, has the space I wanted, and has dual ice makers which is a feature I desperately wanted but couldn’t find on a Samsung that fell within that budget. In the end, I am happy that I couldn’t find a Samsung that fit my space as it led me to this amazing product! I highly recommend!

Great looking fridge. Makes great ice. Had to turn it down to 35 degrees to get it to cool everywhere properly. Couple of other issues are it is loud and the crisper drawers do not open all the way. Overall pleased

So far so good. Bought this to replace an old side-by-side that finally quit working. I appreciate some of the features like the adjustable top shelves that allow for tall items and extra ice maker/storage in the freezer. Deducted a star for two reasons. Like several others, the fridge doors were uneven. The delivery crew used some sort of plastic washers to try and bring the freezer door up to the same height. It’s closer but still off. Second reason was the delivery itself. The crew didn’t cover or remove their shoes (shoe free home) and used the restroom meaning they tracked their nasty shoes in more surface. To some this may sound trivial. I have carpet and grew up in a shoe free environment so the idea of tracking in dirty shoes makes my skin crawl. After delivery I had to have the carpets cleaned.

Beautiful fridge in design and function. This counter depth is just right as other brands would still extend a few inches out into beyond the counter. Lots of useful storage on the doors and the drawers are deeper and have more capacity than my old refrigerator. Ice and water work really well. Unit is quiet (main sound is water filling the ice units which is normal). I am missing the lower left shelf in the main compartment and hope I can get that replaced.

This was a nice upgrade to go to even tho it was basically the same size as my last fridge. This thing is keeps food perfectly crisp and outputs a ton of ice. Tons of space, love the way they laid it out

We love the fridge but it’s not completely level. It does not have adjustable back feet. We’re confident the floor is level but needed to put a LVP panel to diminish the offset. Counter depth and black stainless perfect for us.

Ordered a Fridgedaire gallery refrigerator for a premium because it was in stock. Upon arrival it had a huge dent in the freezer door. Did not accept the delivery only to find that it’s a special order and had to wait two weeks to get it in and delivered. That refrigerator had dings in both upper doors and had to be replaced. After the replacement doors were installed, the door handle mounting studs did not fit and had to be ordered. Studs took 5 days to come. Love the appliance, but what a nightmare.

This Frigidaire fridge offers reliable cooling, spacious compartments, and energy efficiency, but noise levels could be improved. Great value overall!

Frigidaire makes great Counter-Depth products that have all the necessary features at reasonable prices. I have upgraded my last two GE fridges in rental units with Energy Star Qualified Frigidaire's due to their energy savings, smallest counter depth footprints, and easy to use features.

The refrigerator is better than I thought. The ice dispenser and water dispenser are both great. It keeps the fresh fruit and vegetables fresh. It blends well with our other appliances.
