I’ve had nothing but problems with all my Best Buy orders. New issues each time. First with a washer and dryer and now with a refrigerator. VERY upset and unsatisfied

Since purchasing the refrigerator, it has always had problems with freezing my food on the fridge side. I've had 2 technicians come out pulling components apart and replacing but still no luck. A positive call out is that Frigidaire support team has been amazing and responsive. Hoping they can get this to operating correctly so I can finally enjoy it.

Because it is cheap. The plastic drawers break easily. The Best Buy install was not the best with the mess it left. Bottom line is save yourself all the annoyances and go with a different brand.
