Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been without a refrigerator since approximately Aug 27. I bought the 5yr extended warranty. The Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator started making noises on Aug 26. - On Aug 28 the refrigerator started showing the "Hi Temp" message on the front. We checked for vent blockages and reset the system. - On Sep 3 my wife called me about water under the refrigerator. The freezer was malfunctioning and our frozen food was thawing. I called the Electrolux service number and was told that a tech would be available on Sep 6. - Sep 4 the refrigerator started warming up and I contacted Electrolux service again to explain we needed a tech immediately replacement refrigerator. I was told "You have to wait for a technician on Sep 6" - Sep 5 we lost ALL OF OUR FOOD. - Sep 6 the tech came by and he stated it appears to be the power board. He requested the part for order. - Sep 13 the technician installed the part but the refrigerator was still not working. I called Electrolux again for certified tech to look at the refrigerator. The representative said the earliest date available was Sep 27. - As of today Sep 20, we don't have a working refrigerator and have to wait another week and hope the technician knows what's wrong with our 4 month old Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator.

Not good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For this price, i would expect functioning fridge with no issues. Over the past few years, the door hinge broke, shelf roller fallen off, ice maching break to the point we have leaking water. Very disappointed.
