Sharp look and spacious interior hard to beat this fridge for the price.

For the price the refrigerator is good. One of the drawers is very squeeky and the freezer builds up ice in the bottom

We wanted a "counter depth" side-by-side refrigerator freezer with ice and water through the door. We walked in the door, told the appliance salesman what we were looking for, he walked us over to this model and we bought it.

I have purchased this model for a few of my rental properties and it is great looking and very reliable. It compares to others that are twice the price.

This was a normally a $1400 side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Found it on sale for $1099. Went to the store to purchase this unit and found an open box special for $849! Could not be happier with this new appliance !

I looked at all the reviews online from different sites and this fridge met all expectations. No finger prints on the stainless steel, ice maker is great, and fits the counter depth perfect.

That's our first side by side refrigerator. This FRIGIDAIRE has very good build quality. Very solid, and quite when working. Counter depth is a plus for my kitchen's space.

Our refridgerator stopped working. On a holiday weekend. During a heatwave. A young man at Best Buy helped us find one to fit the specifications required by our small kitchen, helped us figure out which functions we needed and which we could afford to skip. This one works beautifully and looks great!

A few problems following delivery and set-up - part missing at delivery and switch for light in freezer kept sticking. Slow on for both lights, and fridge drawers don't slide smoothly. But good for a basic model.

Temp is great, display is good. My only real complaint is that the drawers stick unless I pull or push them exactly straight. Other than that, I love my new fridge!

Product ok. Dealing with Best buy on such a large purchase was an ongoing fiasco. Dented appliances, hours spent in the store, inept managers, and the district manager was worse than the newest employee. Delivery/installation scheduling discombulation. To think, I spent about $ 4000.00 for this fiasco !!!

Fridgidaire makes the best counter depth refrigerator. One can't beat the stainless steel apperance and price! Even though you lose space due to the counter depth size, I believe there is still plenty of room for the essentials plus large platters.

We just bought this fridge about 4-5 weeks ago. We are already noticing some strange things going on. We are using the recommending settings for temperatures but find that anything set on the left side of the fridge ends up frozen. Also one of the lights on the freezer door for external ice machine is already out. Its time to make a service call already.

We are very pleased w/ our Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. Originally, we purchased another brand. When the other brand was delivered, there was a factory defect in it and the delivery crew helped me call the Best Buy office to order a replacement. Before the replacement could be delivered, our microwave oven bit the dust. When we went back to the Best Buy store to pick out a microwave, we decided we wanted to purchase a new range as well so that all three items would match. At that point, we changed our refrigerator order to the Frigidaire Gallery model. We are so glad we did. The no smudge stainless steel is much easier to keep clean and the ice cube dispenser does not make a big mess like the other brand did. Another feature that my wife likes is the counter depth of this unit. It fits in our allotted space without protruding into the walk area much better. I like the way the doors close with little effort. A good unit.

I picked this refrigerator because we could only use a counter depth one and it limited our choices. If you must have a counter depth one this is a good one to pick because it is not loud. I was scared off by a lot of other refrigerators because they are are loud. I do not hear this refrigerator even when it is making ice and I hope that continues. I have had it over a month and no complaints. If you have a family larger than 4 you may find this lacking for space.

We need a repair to our ice maker after a month. Also it is extremely noisy Always making some kind of sound . More and louder than our last Frigidaire!

The fridge ice maker broken 4 times since i had it. We also had a lot of issues where water would drip behind the panel and an ice block would create causing a super loud noise where we couldn't even keep the fridge on, this happened 3 times... now conveniently enough, my 3 year warranty has just expired and my ice maker broke again!!!! The technicians got new parts to fix what was broken every single time,,,but regardless, it still broke several times and now, again, i can't get any ice dispensed and have a super loud noise. I requested several time to be given a new fridge due to the fact that the same issues occurred over and over and over and over again. But the manufacturer nor Best Buy took any responsibility for the repetitive issues i kept having. Terrible experience and now i still have a broken fridge.

Easy to keep clean the way the shelves are made. Door shelves have several adjustment levels. Would have liked to have seen one of the glass shelves have a quick open area for tall items.

Works great! Great fridge for the value, plenty of storage for a family of four.

This fridge is perfect for our small kitchen. The counter depth looks so nice and still has tons of room. Looks great with our other Gallery appliances.
