I love the frig!! I purchased the counter depth because of the way it fits into the wall and I didn't want to see it sticking out. I was concerned when I ordered it that it may not have enough interior space but no problems. You can move shelves all around for ability to store things the way that work best for you. Also, it has touch controls which makes it look so expensive. I purchased at Best Buy when they were having a huge sale! So keep a watch as they do add offers often. Also love the fact of the easy clean up because of the smudge free feature. I have Grandbabies and I would never buy different Stainless steel brand. I use a product called Zep Stainless steel polish which I purchased at Lowes and it really makes a difference in the appearance. Love it!!

Love the sleakness. Well designed--easily holds all our food. It is somewhat noisy--definitely hear it running when we're in the kitchen.

Excellent choice; quite and everything work perfect but delivery was inconvenience and simply awful. The items were delivered and dumped in my house. They were to connect everything but it too two weeks to get someone to come to finish the connection. Best buy needs to have their own Best buy people for delivery not 3rd party. That was the only major terrible experience but the refrigerator is excellent choice.

My spouse has hated our previous refrigerator ever since moving into our home 7 years ago. It was a side by side (sorry - don't remember the brand now), counter depth design, which was required by the compact nature of our half galley kitchen layout. It was fair at temperature control, but it's single drawer would fall out of its runners and spill food all over the floor on a regular basis. It also had no in door water or ice making capacity. We are currently in the closing stages of a complete kitchen remodel, and already updated our old gas range with a new one from the Frigidaire Gallery series. As a surprise birthday gift (and to eliminate the shouted expletives from the dreaded drawer in the old unit!) I decided to purchase this unit during the recent July 4th sale. The price reduction of almost $1,000 off MSRP was the final factor in deciding to go with this model. Installation was delayed almost three weeks as it appears that purchases from BestBuy.com take a back seat to in store delivery. Timing wasn't critical for us, but if you need a unit sooner than later, you will want to be aware of this, and factor it accordingly into your purchase and delivery planning. The delivery itself was fine, and the two technicians had our old unit out and the new in in under half an hour. Though their set-up was limited to placing the unit in place, attaching the handles, and plugging in the power cord - that's it. I was left to remove all the protective film from the entirety of the doors and handles, as well as all the same and foam packing as well from the interior. I was also left to hook up the water line for the water and ice maker functions. None of this was a deal-breaker of course, but would have been nice to have had them take care of this and remove the packaging and protective material along with the old fridge. I filled our large outdoor recycle bin almost half way with all the stuff pulled off and out of the unit during set up. Shelf and drawer installation was very intuitive and easy. And initial temperature set-up, and water line priming was simple and straight forward. No surprises in those regards at all. The LED lighting is bright with a nice fade-up effect when opening the door(s). The water filter came pre-installed from the factory, and the carbon air filter was a simple slip in installation. Water flow isn't spectacular, but certainly is adequate to fill an average glass (and anything is better than nothing - which it was we dealt with before on our old unit.) Ice production is quite slow, but in reading previous reviews of this refrigerator, this wasn't any surprise. Time will tell how the water and ice dispensers hold up, as it seems that this is the one recurrent complaint of prior owners. Here's to hoping Frigidaire has made a redesign by now to fix the issues they've had here in the past. All in all, the unit looks great in the kitchen, particularly next to the matching range. Very modern and sleek - understated, but classy. The display is easy to see, the water light just the right brightness at night, and the storage and layout well thought out. It appears that this counter depth Gallery line model shares most of the features, and design elements of Frigidaire's top of the line model costing almost $2,000 more. It's just our first day with it - but we're very happy initially. And yes, the spouse LOVES it!

I love almost everything about this refrigerator. It fits into its space perfectly. The counter depth feature makes it fit much better than our old fridge, which stuck out into the doorway about 3 inches. This one just fits. I hooked a volt meter to it and found it uses about 1/3 the electricity of our old unit, but is just as big. I love the french door configuration, and the freezer is much better designed than our old side by side refrigerator. The only reason I did not give this product 5 stars is because the ice maker is inadequate. I do not mind the small size of the ice cubes as much as the fact that it takes too long to make cubes and the bin that holds them is too small. This would not have been a problem if not for the fact that I love ice tea, and I make a pitcher of iced tea about every other day in my Mr Coffee Iced Tea pot, and it requires about 2 quarts of ice to make. If not for this, the ice maker would have been adequate for an occasional glass of ice. So I ordered the optional freezer mounted ice maker for $106.(FIB23A). It came in the mail Thursday evening and I installed it right away. It took a couple of hours by myself. The hardest part was removing the freezer door and then reinstalling it. This would have been much easier with a helper. Now it is Saturday morning and I just finished making a pot of iced tea. In 1 1/2 days, the ice maker made more than enough ice to fill the pitcher. And the ice was easily accessible. The ice bin sits on the top shelf of the freezer and it is simple to access by pulling out the shelf and pulling out the ice bin. It was less than half full, but had more ice than I needed. With the added ice maker, this refrigerator gets a full 5 stars.

I was worried that a counter depth fridge wasn't going to be big enough but this is great and well designed. It's not as deep, but makes up for it by being wide and really flexible. The storage areas are well designed. It is a little bit noisy relative to some other fridges. The door design is such that you have to be careful not to leave the doors slightly ajar, they require a firm shove to close fully. This might just be an artifact of being new, but it's definitely something to watch for, as we've left it slightly open - no problems with the food but I'm sure it sucked down a lot of power.

Remodeling a small kitchen, and with a crocked corner for the refrigerator, which was blocked on one side by the pantry door, I needed something which wont stick out of the counter as much. so Went with this one. I do not miss the space. Endless configurations of the shelf and plenty more in the door. Would be nice if the ice maker is not blocking the way too much.

I thought because it was a counter depth that interior space would be limited, but it holds a lot. It's a little deeper than most counter depth fridges. I love the ice maker - more than plenty for the 2 of us, and I like the size of the cubes. The doors really are finger-print resistant and stay looking great- except for the handles which is normal. Only drawback -- no alarm for an open door. Sometimes I have something sticking out of the side bins and the door doesn't seal completely -- I only know this happened because there is a small trail of condensation in the groove under the door, but it's not a big deal. The delivery set-up crew was outstanding.

This fridge is great in so many ways -- wide upper compartment, easy-slide freezer, and nice front finish. However, there are few interactions that leave me wanting more. Why doesn't the water dispenser deliver cold water? Why does the water shoot out so far away from where the cup is placed? Why isn't there a more controlled closing response from the doors? Nice fridge, but for the price I want some more polish.

Purchased Frigidaire gallery line for the smudge proof stainless finish, it really does live up to the advertising. Also like the look of slightly darker color & matte finish. Everything works fine, love the ice & water on the door, adjustable shelves, and quiet operation.

The fridge is bigger than the old one we had but it sure fits and looks better under the existing overhang cupboards. My wife has been longing for a double door fridge with a bottom freezer for ages. It's got lots of storage spaces and loving it.

I had researched refrigerators and wanted a French door, bottom freezer style. The different shelves (flip up style and slide under top shelves) accommodate a variety of different objects. The icemaker works great and i like the smaller, pyramidal cubes. Other reviewers had complained about the noise, but I do not hear it at all, even when I'm in the kitchen, so I think they must have had a problem with the particular item, which brings me to the issue.... Unfortunately there was an issue. The shelves are sided -- there are 2 left shelves and 2 right shelves. In my box there were 3 right shelves. I discovered this because the installers left the wine holder sitting on the shelf they had placed on the lower left because it didn't slide on as it should have because the shelf wasn't in the right place. I have called Service and have been told that a new shelf will be delivered, but it hasn't arrived in 3 weeks yet. This review request reminds me to call again. I'm a bit disappointed that the installers didn't notice, but they did so many other wonderful things (helped me take off a cabinet that was just a fraction too low) that I can't complain. Once the new shelf arrives, all will be right in the world.

I am very pleased with it because it is not over-bearing like some refrigerators are. It fits perfectly into my space and adds a little updating to my kitchen. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends.

Only two reason we give it 4 stars is because the ice cubes are to small and it is very slow at making cubes. Also compared to our last refrigerator it is much larger in dimension size, yet it holds less food. Although that was something we knew going in, but with the size of our kitchen it just made sense to go with the counter depth model. The controls are easy to use and it is not to loud. It looks great and preforms well except the ice.

It is a little loud, not overwhelming. ... The water continues to dispense for a couple of seconds after you release the water button.... perfect size for us and attractive

We bought this Frigidaire after reading many reviews in various models. The smudge free stainless is a very nice look and is certainly helpful with 4 children in and out of the fridge all day long. Very spacious and organized shelving. Would recommend for anyone looking to purchase a new refrigerator

I love how lit up the inside is. Shelves are very versatile. The COLD drawer is great. One draw back for some is the water line isn't cooled so it comes out room temp. But I prefer mine room temp. Or just add ice!! Also a must have is the SMUDGE PROOF!!! Some comments said the ice maker wasn't big enough. I think it's great but we also keep a smaller container of ice down in the freezer for coolers etc.
