For the price, I do love our new refrigerator. Are there some flaws, yes. But again, for the price, I can live with them. For instance, you must open both doors to access the drawer on the left side, right door cannot be open when getting ice/water, water is not cold, which I knew prior to purchasing from previous reviews. I have no idea why because it was not a problem with my old unit. How can one unit produce cold water and not the other? I wish I had the answer. Other units with the same features were $800 and up. They were not in my budget, and it had everything I needed, plus I am a trusted Frigidaire customer.

I love this fridge - but I must say one thing - it is my second one within the year. I guess the last one was a lemon, the icemaker went out after 6 months. However, between my Geek Squad protection and the one-year warranty from the maker, they tried valiantly to fix it and ended up replacing the fridge. BUT I still love the fridge, despite all of that. I was limited in the fridges I had to choose from, b/c I could only get a counter-depth one. I went with Best Buy's selection BECAUSE of their Geek Squad protection plan. I have this plan on several other appliances and would not go without it! Anyway, the fridge is beautiful, well designed, and the freezer drawers are a nice way to organize things. I have less room than my old "regular size" fridge but the design helps to make up for that. The display on the front is nice, with quite a few options to choose from - plus the ice/water dispenser area is nice and tall - I can fit a med-size pitcher under there! I would recommend this fridge to anyone looking for a new counter-depth fridge.

I got my fridge on sale so I sabed quit a bit on it. Took a while to get it due to some best buy technical issues and unexplained cancelled orders but finally they did price match the original sale price and the order was placed. It's a great quality product and it replaces a very very old one. I've never had one with water filter before so I'm still waiting to give out judgement on it. My old fridge was super noisy so this is stealthy ninja silence compared to that one. Good space and nice counters.

So glad I purchased the counter depth model. There's plenty of space inside, and items won't be able to hide in the back. It looks so much better because it doesn't stick out into the kitchen and impede traffic flow in my limited space. The finger print free stainless surface stays beautiful all the time.

This replaced an old 18 cubic foot top freezer, so we find it very spacious! The counter depth is what we needed for our space. It looks great! Some said it was noisy, but it seems very quiet to us. You can hear it making ice from time to time but that is all. My wife loves the refrigerator layout. Delivery was when they said, and delivery men were nice and helpful. Overall happy for the week and a half we have had it.

Love! Love! Love! I am so happy with my choice on this fridge. Only con is the water doesn't dispense very cold.

This is the second ref rig we have purchased from Best Buy. We are very happy with both of our purchases. After shopping around we found the "best buy" at best buy. Your salespeople and delivery people very helpful and courteous.

after shopping online and in the store with a best buy employee we decided on this fridge. It was a good price and the features & size were perfect for our family's new home. Fridge looks great and the adjustable shelves add a bit of customization to the fridge. Its been almost a month and no complaints so far. the fridge is quite except when you hit the ice button because it uses a large cork screw type metal rod to deliver the ice to the ice shoot. other than that the fridge is very quite

The frig looks good and works efficiently. It is quiet and spacious, but the ice maker is slow and if 2 people are using it you will run out of ice.

The adjustable shelves and flip up shelf are very helpful for customizing storage. The long drawer along the bottom is perfect for lunch meat and cheeses

It fit in beautifully with the design of our new kitchen. I love the fact that I'm not having to wipe it down constantly after one of the kids touch it.

I liked the look and setup of this fridge but it never. Ever. Stopped running. It was pretty loud and we have a small kitchen. I could hear it from every room and it literally never turned off. When I called Lg they said that’s typical and that it’s how Energy star fridges work. Apparently they never shut off. Got a replacement Whirlpool and that was loud too but at least it shut off sometimes so it wasn’t constant.

For the money - this was a great buy for a counter depth frig. It makes fairly small ice cubes, so if you need the larger ice cubes for cocktails, plan on keeping your old fashion ice trays. I really like that you can program it to the exact temperature = 37 for the frig and 0 for the freezer.

We were looking for the lowest cost refrigerator that was stainless, counter-depth, and had french doors. This was by far the lowest cost option and has many features that I would not have expected in this proce range. Low the sideout and folding shelves and the lighting. I was amazed at how much the freezer holds! We had to be a little more creative with our storage in the refrigerator section as it is not as big as what we had in our previous non-counter depth side by side, but we found that we wre able to fit a lot in by laying things on their sides. All in all, very happy with the choice!

Would recommend getting second Ice maker in the bottom for additional fee of about $99.00. We did it works great, it's bit slow but with the top portion Ice maker and with the additional maker it all works great, plenty of ICE for family of five. One small con is that there is a quiet bell ring with the the Frig that may come in the play when your house is quiet. It's is faint but will make you say " where's that ring?".Not enough to drive you nuts but it does give off a faint ringing from time to time..

Very nice looking with SmudgeProof stainless. Awesome array of options for arranging shelves inside.

This is a follow up review. We bought our refrigerator in July 2016. Recently the internal fan began making noise and then we noticed the ice maker wasn't working. Fortunately it was still under the manufacturers warranty for the first year and Frigidaire sent a repairman to fix it. We were told there is a design flaw with the French door refrigerators - the ice maker seal fails and the ice maker ices up and quits working because warmer air seeps in from the refrigerator compartment. This doesn't happen with the side-by-side refrigerators with the ice maker in the freezer. We were told this is the most common repair they make, doing as many as 9 in one day! And since the parts come from the manufacturer they can't guarantee it won't happen again. We were advised to buy the extended warranty from Frigidaire. If we had paid for the service call it would have cost $165.00 so we will be purchasing the warranty in case it happens again. We carefully read all the reviews and never saw anything about this problem so we felt we should notify future buyers that this could be an issue. Other than this problem, we have been quite happy with the new fridge but we probably wouldn't buy it again.

The value is great for the price. Refrigerator has lots of room including in the doors.

Needed a counter depth stainless frig..wanted a deli drawer and water and ice through the door. Like it a lot but just like others noted, the ice cubes are very small and the water is very slow in coming, and barely cool. I consider these minor problems and still am glad I bought it.

I would recommend this refrigerator. I love the look and style. The long drawer is hard to use. Have to open both doors to open.
