We got a good deal on this refrigerator from Best Buy. Their service was good. Unfortunately, the first refrigerator that was delivered was damaged (look like it had been dropped), so they took it back. We had to wait three weeks for another one. This one worked initially, but the ice maker stopped working after a week. Had to get Frigidaire repair service. First they come and diagnose. Then we wait for two weeks for part (the repair guy said this problem with the ice maker was common). Overall, I wish that I had not bought a Frigidaire. Having it break after two weeks (and we didn't even use that much ice) does not bode well. Repair service takes too long.

We've had this refrigerator for approximately 3 weeks now. I was worried because I read some reviews about the ice maker not working, but ours has worked perfectly so far. And because this refrigerator was so affordable (we paid 1899), we were able to buy to Geek Squad warrantee just in case something does go wrong, and the total price of 2311 (after taxes) is still cheaper than most other counter-depth french door refrigerators.

Thru-door ice production/capacity is limited (enough for just the two of us, but not for parties/company), I recommend purchasing the second ice maker self-install kit for the bottom freezer. Doors are beautiful, resist fingerprints, wipe clean easily, and also holds our collection of kitchen magnets (our last stainless steel fridge did not). However, door finish scratches easily when our grand-children were moving/playing with the magnets - we only keep the soft magnetic clings in their reach now.

the handles seem very hollow as if they can break or damage easily not sure of the function yet since ive only had it for 2 days as of this survey but i can hear it making a noise y hope i dont have to return it since Best buy took more than a month to deliver it. They kept post poning the delivery date very ..very unhappy with Best Buy.

Delivered with scratches. Geek Squad replaced the door and gaskets; their air is to please. Ice production is not adequate; barely makes 1 lb in 24 hours. Compressor motor not that quiet. Non Smudge surface is helpful. Lotsa customers issues with the ice maker freezing up. It's been about 30 days and no issues to date.

Smug proof stainless steel and all the bells and whistles. Nice and brightly lit inside makes it easier to find what you are looking for.

It is a little loud when the motor turns on. Otherwise it is great. Roomy inside, one less drawer than I would like but the shelves are roomy and allow for adjustment. I love the small drawer at the bottom. The freezer has lots of room and is easy to access. Overall it is great, I wouldn't have noticed the motor if I had not see other reviews.

We love the storage capacity of this refrigerator and it seems to keep a consistent temperature. The worse feature is the water and ice dispenser on the door. The ice jams up unless you crush the ice -- the ice dispenser is very loud. THe water dispenser is in an awkward place, too close to the very front edge of the door. If you are trying to fill a smaller container, water everywhere. Messy process.

So bought this unit, and it seems to be quite a bit louder than my GE side by side. I have called Best Buy, and they are replacing it to see if the noise level decreases. If so, then it will be great. If not, I will be selecting another unit due to the noise.

I believe that this refrigerator is a good product for the price. This is used in a 2 person home with very frequent guests. Good storage options, very adjustable shelfs. Nice interior lighting. Seems to run very quietly. It makes smaller ice cubes and has a little smaller capacity than our past frig but seems to keep up with demand. We like the no finger print stainless finish. Reading previous reviews made it sound that this frig was loud, clunky, unreliable. Had a hard time trying to figure out past reviews and why there were so many negative comments. We have had this refrigerator almost 2 months and have been very pleased. Reading the manual will make your transition much easier. If you want lots of bells and whistles then go spend more. If you want a good refrigerator to keep you food cold with basic and very usable features this may fit your needs.

Little disappointed with water temperature I expected to be cold like my old fridge also the ice cubes are small so they melt faster when in a drink

This was our replacement for a unit that turned out to be too big for me, the first one of this unit we got had a couple of issues so they exchanged it we love this unit but still need to come up with a workable arraignment for the shelves

I love the access afforded by the French doors - side to side and front to back. The freezer compartment is both spacious and very accessible. And, like with our last Frigidaire (a Pro series side by side), we absolutely appreciate the smudge-free Stainless-Steel finish.
