The inside of the dishwaher and some plates/glasses don't get fully dry when in the normal setting.

Overall good price but a little flimsy inside--slides feel a bit sloppy but it was the cheapest dishwasher in the store--free install a great perk!

Inside racks are loose, move off tracks easily, and seem like they are cheaply made.

This dishwasher cleans and dries my dishes well. The stainless exterior is easy to keep clean and smudge free. The top shelf is a little shallow, so it took me awhile to figure out how to load my long stemmed wine glasses. My only complaint is that the interior develops a musty smell unless I keep something in the door to keep it open.

Moved into new home and needed to upgrade the kitchen appliances. Went with the Frigidaire "Gallery" product line. Dishwasher looks and works great. Very easy to use but the inside components that actually hold the dishes while being cleaned seemed to be a little flimsy and most of our wine glasses won't fit in the top glassware rack.

It looks great and so far it works pretty good. I do wish that it was stainless on the inside though. Didn't know it wasn't until I got it home and installed because they didn't have a floor model in store. But overall I like it

Looks great in my kitchen! Love how roomy it is inside. Cleans really well. The cons are the cycle takes too long. Also I don't like the plastic interior.

This dishwasher is streamline for a counter depth sophisticated look. This dishwasher has lighted controls on the top of the door which is hidden under the counter when the door is closed. It was stated that a green lighted dot will appear on the floor when the the dish washing is completed. This feature is not happening. The dishwasher is not noisy but after a wash is completed a heavy moisture residue and water spots are left in the interior for another cleanup job.

First off all, extremely difficult to install if you are doing it yourself. The second thing is it has the new buttons on the top that should be flush under your countertop. If you have an old house that is not flush, this won't look seamless. I was very disappointed on the seal around the inside, and the door appeared flimsy. I returned it and upgraded 100.00 to a Samsung, and am very happy now.

I wish , as many have said, I would have read the negative reviews. This dishwasher looks great and seems ok . The inside is cheap and clunky but I was gonna work with that . Problem is it doesn't clean dishes anywhere near as well as our previous washer which was a kenmore I believe, had it for 12 years and cleaned dishes well and left them bone dry. This unit even on Sahara setting and with jet dry leaves dishes wet and worst of all my kids won't drink out of any glasses till we hand wash them ( ok I won't either ) because the unit leaves crud in the glasses . I have seen other reviews on this unit saying the same. We are about to junk it and get a better unit . Very disappointed in this one .

      Hi, Stickman3!

Thank you for providing your honest feedback on your experience with this dishwasher. We are sorry to hear that your experience has thus far been less than stellar!
Washing performance can be improved by using the minimum amount of HE liquid detergent and ensuring the detergent has not expired. We would also recommend checking that the rinse aid is full and your water heater is set at 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Dish placement is also important in allowing the OrbitClean spray arm to reach every crevice. Cups and bowls should be placed top-down, plates and cutlery should not stack too closely, and both arms should be free to spin without any blockage.
The Heat Dry and Sahara Dry settings will heat up the dishes at the end of a cycle in order to improve drying performance. Glass, metal, and ceramic dishes will dry much faster than plastic, as these materials are better conductors of heat. We recommend that plastic items be allowed some time to air dry.
Should you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday 8:30am to 8:00pm EST or by email at socialcare@frigidaire.com.

      Best,

Bought this dishwasher back in May and haven't had any problems with it. It's not quite as quiet as I had hoped for (the higher db rating is accurate so don't go in thinking it will be silent) but it cleans our dishes well and the amount of time it takes doesn't seem too long. Yes you'll have some wet dishes if you don't give it time to dry. We just wash on the highest temp settings and let them air dry. Normally it's fine and we have very little water plus save on electricity by not using the heating element. I love how the outside looks. No fingerprints or water stains and no having to clean the stainless steel exterior! Nice! Sure the inside doesn't have stainless steel but that doesn't seem to affect how well it washes dishes. Considering how cheap this dishwasher was, I bought the extended warranty just in case and it was still several hundred dollars cheaper than the cheapest Bosch. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone who just wants a simple dishwasher that cleans your dishes and is still fairly quiet #although not silent--but still better than our old GE dishwasher).

    New Dishwasher

I purchased this dishwasher based on design, price and customer reviews. The dishwasher did a great job cleaning the dishes. That is where it ends. The first problem I noticed was a "stench" always coming from inside the dishwasher. The second was there was water/condensation still in the dishwasher after "heat dry." After 12 uses the control panel was fried and needed to be replaced. The technician could not tell me what caused it. I suppose water got into the panel. This is all less than two months from installation. I asked the technician if I should just ask BestBuy to take it back ." He told me forget it! Its not going to happen.
