I didn't realize how much noise our old dishwasher made until we replaced it with this one! We never even know that it's running! Super quiet and cleans anything and everything! Easy to program/operate, nice delay options, I love the hidden control panel. Highly recommend!!

It has slots in the silverware section that holds the utensils with spaces in between to assist the cleaning process.

Horrible product.

I contacted Best Buy and there is nothing they could do. Also contacted Frigidaire and they can’t do anything because it’s past the 1 year warranty. Obviously this is a defective product. The life expectancy of this appliance should be 10 years not 18 months. Very disappointed.

Installers left standing water in the floor after removing current dishwasher and left broken dishwasher. The new broken dishwasher they left standing water in which left a terrible smell. Waited two weeks for replacement in which driver no called and no showed one day and showed up outside of time the second day. Customer service insisted we were getting a washing machine when we called to see where driver was. Called and talked to multiple people who all blamed the manufacturer for the issues. But the issues seem to be with Best Buy. Product is okay. Just don’t buy it from Best Buy.
