The dishwasher runs very quiet. The washing cycle isn't extended periods of time like other washers. Connecting the wifi is somewhat difficult.

Frigidaire gallery makes an excellent dishwasher. I put one in and Colorado Springs and I put Frigidaire Gallery appliances here in Las Cruces.

Who knew buying a dishwasher from Best Buy would be so easy. Buying and scheduling was easy; the tech installed it and did a fantastic job; no issues. I wish the price was lower and wish there was more room in the dishwasher, but overall, I'm happy with it. Thank you.

I purchased in February 2025 and it completely stopped washing dishes in July 2025. Warranty did not cover the repairs of $768.00. Pump had to be replaced, and the door spring was broken. This is the 2d one we have purchased in less than 2 years.
I’m really sorry to hear about the issues with your dishwasher – that’s incredibly frustrating, especially when it stopped working just a few months after purchase. It’s even worse that the warranty didn’t cover the $768 repair cost. A broken pump and door spring shouldn’t be happening on a relatively new appliance, and I can totally understand your frustration, especially since this is the second one you’ve had in less than two years.

Delivered in an unacceptable condition. Box was completely mangled. It goes to show that delivery team cared nothing about the condition when delivered or best Buy loaded the truck in this poor condition. Thankful no damage I saw but I also had parts missing. Unacceptable.

Seal on the right side allowed water to pour out during the first run. Technician said this happens with about “three out of ten” dishwashers they install from Frigidaire. Got a different one to have installed immediately.

After Three trips to my house I still don’t have a dishwasher that works!! After 6 phone calls and over a dozen emails I am still waiting. Terrible Experience!!
