I went to the store and talked to the manager (Ian). The manager and Jack went 100% into making sure that the problem was resolved. The oven is fantastic. It operates above and beyond.

Replaces a 40 year old gas wall oven

We looked at literally everything on the market in the correct sizes and this was the option we ultimately chose. I could not have made a better selection! I have used most of the options available on the oven and I've been very pleased with the purchase so far. I wasn't looking for an air fryer option but since it was included, that's a bonus. I am a very happy customer! Especially since I was able to stay with my gas appliances!

The assistant at Pacific Sales was so patient and helpful

Took a while to finally receive it but now that is here I’m totally satisfied. Haven’t had an opportunity to use all the functions but definitely looking forward to it. Highly recommend

Only one we could find to replace ancient existing oven. Cons: controls are too sensitive- have to be careful because if you brush by you can accidentally turn the oven on. Must Lock Screen. Air fryer is a feature but you have to spend $79 extra to buy the rack sold separately. They should include the rack because it is hard to find.

It cooks evenly and I like the different timer options and the warming feature- worked great for Thanksgiving meal.
