We shopped a long time before buying this and we have been very pleased

I highly recommend this product. With all the great festures like flash freeze ice. Which helps create Ice faster for party's. Lots of freezer space. Overall great product.

Love the lighting in it. Lots of space and looks great. Keeps food cold. No complaints.

So far so good...no complaints. Fridge was low price and works great.

Working as advertised. This Fridge has adjustable shelves, a feature worth having. The LED lighting illuminates the inside very well and is cool to watch as it goes from dim to bright. Not having to turn off the water supply to replace the water filter is also a great feature.

For the price this turned out to be a very good buy. Much better so far than the more expensive competitor fridge I had before. Could use a little more room, and it makes some weird noises at time. Overall pretty good though

I love my new refrigerator! Lots of room. It could be a itty bit quieter. But I still love it.

The real problem began around 3-28-2016. I purchased this refrigerator from BestBuy. The only thing I'm happy with the refrigerator is that it keeps ice cream frozen solid. My old GE Hotpoint constantly thawed out the ice cream (even after replacing the heating element twice and having it serviced about 3 times). That GE Hotpoint was not a good fridge. I was hoping this Frigidaire would be problem free but it wasn't. Five months after buying it one of the LED on the control panel died. A service tech replaced it under warranty. Close to the end of the one year warranty, the shelves in the freezer compartment started to pull away from the wall. The shelf that share the support bracket with the wire basket is the worst one. Way too much weight to be placed onto one supporting bracket thus causing the bracket to tilt inward. Whenever I pulled the wire basket out it would fall off. I don't overload the shelves or basket. I had the shelve serviced under warranty but the fix is not very good. The Frigidaire (not the service tech) solution was to use anchors that are normally used on drywall in the refrigerator. It would work if it wasn't for the PAPER THIN PLASTIC lining that the anchor uses for support. Thin plastic being used for supporting the shelves is a terrible idea and shows poor engineering skills/solutions. The “fix” didn't last. After a month, the “fix” caused the fridge lining to tear. That happened right when the one year warranty expired; of course that always seems to happen. I had to talk to the service tech for over an hour to get something done. In the end, the service tech was covered by Frigidaire but I'm left with a hole in the lining; I did get a new shelf placed onto a different location thus I'm not unable to use the wire basket. I lost a lot of storage space. I'm not happy that Frigidaire's solution caused the lining to rip. I eventually gave in and purchased a two year warranty because I don't trust this fridge lasting very long. Almost forgot; this was a third refrigerator from Frigidaire. BestBuy gave me no problems returning the first two. The first two was the model (fghs2631f) right below this one. The first two arrived with a bulge on the upper right hand corner where it was pinched weld. The plastic cap that covered the corner was missing exposing the weld. The bulge was big enough that when the door was closed it didn't create a seal. It don't think it was BestBuy's fault. It looked like it came out of the factory like that because, on the second one, I had them unbox the refrigerator while it was inside the truck with all the wrapping/protection and it had the bulge. I should of went with a different brand at that point but thought “third time's the charm?”. me=not smart. The included pictures are what it was like when it was “ fixed” and how it now looks. It's ugly. It still looks like that. Final thought; Why would anyone use thin plastic lining and some spray foam to support a self that holds weight? It would work if you only place one or two items on each self but who does? This refrigerator wont last.”

was very clean and easy to setup right from delivery. we chose to set it up ourselves and had no issues. the brushed steel is very simple to keep a clean look to.

i cant complaint everything works excellent highly recommended.

This refrigerator is still new. I like the space and the led lighting. My only concern at this point is that the ice maker gets confused and will shoot out crushed ice even when cubed is selected. Good features for the price.

The refrigerator looks very nice. I love the lighting and the space that it has. It looks bigger on the inside than it dose on the out side witch Is very cool.

This is a great product from the LED lighting to the space. Lots of room and very quiet!

I like the refrigerator, it's spacious and works well. The only problem is when closing the fridge door the freezer one cracks open. I'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to work, but that is truly the only issue.

Looks great and works great. Ice maker works great and is quite.

I would give this five stars if the water dispenser was taller.

Great for the price. Very nice looking. Put vegetable oil on drawers due to other reviews and they slide fine. Ice dispenser works well and doesn't dump on the floor if you learn proper technique. A little louder than expected overall

This fridge has great options, looks great, easy controls and has good working lights. The dispenser works great for ice and water. Would highly recommend.

Sound is a bit big but ok for everything else would recommend.
