Purchased an open box with the plastic still on it. Delivery guys installed the shelves and handles. The drawers make a terrible high-pitched sound whenever gliding open or closed. I dread making sandwiches. The filter/ice maker is also pretty loud. Usually wakes my dog up in the middle of the night. But really nice looks! The LED lights inside make it feel like you're being welcomed at the gates of heaven. And the design is quite beautiful. Definitely not counter depth. The cabinets above our refrigerator were rendered useless when the guys installed it.

Refrigerator and Freezer functions work fine. Super bright LED's help to see stuff in the back of shelves better. Filtered water tasted a bit funny at first, but got better after a week or so (maybe we got used to it). Ice maker is fast and furious, however, it makes a lot of strange and annoying sounds when refilling. Hoping this lasts another 20 years.

If you decided on a side by side fridge then this is a wonderful option for you! The ice maker is fast and reliable! The LED lights are bright & graduate perfectly off and on. Extremely modern! I was confused as to get this or the one with freezer on bottom and am wishing I went with freezer on bottom ONLY because it was alittle bigger for my family!

We've had it almost two weeks. No complaints. Lots of reviews about it being noisy but I haven't noticed it (other than when the ice bucket is empty and it drops). Plenty of room for a family of 3-4. I'm sure there are nicer, quieter, larger fridges with more features - but for the price we paid (little over $1000), it's pretty good.

The price was excellent for this refrigerator. It is spacious, attractive and, well, it does its job as expected(it keeps stuff cold)!

Always had a side by side but 1st tried a French door. Hated it plus the ice maker broke after one week & it made a lot of noise. Returned it for this side by side. Love it & we have ice!! Also love the smudge proof. Will be getting the rest of the appliances. Will stay will Frigidaire gallery series

Upon delivery the doors were not properly aligned but a contractor came out and fixed that. There was some confusion on the billing of that service. The ice dispenser tends to jam. I really like the LED lighting of the interior compartments.

This frig is great, it's super clean, and the LED inside lighting is great. Only little bad the ice maker is a little loud

Was originally looking for a french door refrigerator but saw the features and price on this one and decided this was it. I'm a huge fan of LED lighting and this one does that very well. The soft touch menu system and feature selection (water / ice / crushed) on the front panel interface works well. No clicky buttons that wear out, as on our last fridge. Ice maker is somewhat loud as other reviewers have said, but that does not bother me - only when the ice drops / water fills.

Love the finish on the fridge, but the inside is lacking. The ice machine is cheaply made and hard to use. We leave the ice maker off. The chill drawer is VERY loud and screeches when we open and close. I haven't contacted the manufacturer yet, but will now that the Thanksgiving holiday is over. Also, the fridge runs quietly but seems to be "on" more than our previous fridge.

Roomy, well lit and functional. Love that ice maker isn't mounted on the inside door taking up space and causing issues with quantity. Only complaint thus far is the icemaker noise when water drains in. The shutoff noise is louder than I'm used to.

This is our second Frigidaire. The last one went out after 11 years. This model appears to have more room than the standard French door refrigerator and there is more storage space in the freezer. It makes some funny noises at times but works great.

The LED lighting makes a nice bright difference . Very quiet running . Excellent quality

I have had the the refrigerator for about 4-5 weeks now and has been working great. It makes more ice then I need with 5 people in my family. Storage space is great. My only issue is if u don't use the ice often it will jam up.

Great fridge at this price the LED lights in the interior make the refrigerator look like one double the price . Plus the smudge free design is awesome and the control panel is easy to read and use . The only draw back thus far has been the issue with the ice maker getting stuck due to ice melting together, but we think it's due to operator error not so much an issue with the refrigerator.

This is a great refrigerator it has plenty of space and looks very nice in my kitchen. The complaint I have about this refrigerator is that it can sometimes drop a lot of ice out of the door and quickly overfill your glass.

The sales experience was a positive one. The sales rep and supervisor provided excellent service honoring opportunitiy to expedite dekivety. Delivery handling was a small hiccup when contacted day before to say delayed by two days which would have made it original delivery date but continued to pursue options and found one locally, retrieved and delivered on time. My wife Indicated the delivery experience one of the best, if not the best ever in terms of professionalism and thoroughness. Only glitch I noted was that the freezer door was not completely leveled. So the best buy purchase and delivery was absolutely 5 stars....the product, I fear time will tell if loud noises (especially related to ice / water but also behind where compressor and fan reside ) are indication of short life. It's NOT a quiet fridge. Also, handles are not smudge proof and those most grabbed! I like the brightness of the interior and the space / layout of both the freezer and the fridge side. Ice dispenser some times simply doesn't dispense first attempt so have in those instances have to push it couple of times. Time will tell if product is less than average or better but after only having about one month....let's say not entirely confident and we'll then see if the five year ex t ended warranty through best buy offers as good a service as the sales and delivery team did. At least from this standpoint, the services one, I have more confidece.

I love the LED lighting inside of this fridge, it's soft and there are no "dark areas" like in my old unit. Also the spacing depth to the door shelves allows for milk and other larger containers to easily fit on several levels which is handy. The ice bin is very large and with a family of 5, we go through quite a bit of ice in the summer months. It's really nice to have enough in the "trough" to accomodate all and even fill up a cooler before heading out on the boat. Great product, well designed and many small details that make it a HUGE upgrade for us. We purchased the extended warranty and also couldn't have been happier with our sales person (she really knew her stuff!). Best Buy price matched anyone and also was able to 'beat" anyone with price. I would not only highly recommend the fridge but also Best Buy.
