The fridge is excellent in every aspect, except, the ice dispenser. It doesn't dispense evenly, at times dumping out an entire glass of ice at once and jams easily. It gets very annoying picking up ice off the floor.

Compared to the other fridges that we looked at, this one definitely had a lot of things going for it. Excellent volume and capacity, and the slowly brightening LED lights were a nice touch. The touchscreen control panel works very well (and capacitive which was a nice bonus!). The only thing we don't like too much is that the water dribbles out rather slowly compared to our old fridge and the ice maker is a bit finnicky in that you sometimes get a few cubes then there's a bunch of noise and churning and then 30 cubes drop at once. That could be because we don't use ice every day so take that with a grain of salt. Extra bonus, a Costco large pizza in a box fits in the fridge.

Love the display. It tells you when you need to change your air filter and water filter. Also tells you the temperature of the fridge and freezer. Great lighting inside. A combinations of drawers and baskets makes it easy to hold any odd shaped items. Would Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a high end feel without spending $3000 on a new refrigerator.

This refrigerator looks and works very good. It has a very stylish appeal to it. All my friends swear I I payed more than what I actually did. I would definitely recommend this fridge to all my friends.

I love this fridge. Make sure you get the model that has the LED lighting. It makes a huge difference. I was debating between purchasing the counter depth model and the full size model, and decided on the full size model. Very glad I did--the extra room is nice and the fridge does not look HUGE or unusually awkward in my kitchen as some of the larger bottom freezer units tend to look once installed. The smudge proof stainless is fantastic. The Bosch dishwasher I bought (non-Frigidaire) does not have this smudge proof finish and you can see my fingerprints -- have to clean it daily if not multiple times a day. Highly recommend this fridge. (Water from it tastes great--have saved lots on not having to buy as much bottled water).

Overall this refrigerator has performed extremely well for us! It had it delivered and I did the install in about 30 minutes... Piece of cake! There's plenty of room in this unit as well! We're really enjoying the upgrade for our new home... I hope this helps someone in the market for a frig with lots of space and a decent price to boot.

Trouble with ice coming out too fast. I believe it is a simple fix but had someone out once and they only fixed the jams and gave excuse for not being able to fix other problem.

This model is a bit wider than most so be sure it will fit your space (something we learned the hard way). Doors open about 1/4" further than the closed dimension as well. Overall this fridge is a very good buy on sale (paid around $1,069), but I wouldn't buy it at retail. There are only two faults I can think of: drawers catch easily and don't close smoothly; ice maker jams often using cubed ice. The bigger problem with the ice maker is that if a jam occurs (which can happen by as few as two cubes being conjoined) the chute remains open and builds up a backlog of ice. When you finally clear the jam you're kitchen floor is greeted with a hale storm. Instead, open the door and clear out the excess from the inside top to the jam at the bottom. You'll still end up with some stray cubes/pieces, but it won't look like a scene from Frozen.

I replaced my refrigerator of 1993 with this unit and I couldn't be anymore pleased! So much room on both sides and lighting is awesome! Love the water on the door along with the ice cubes or crushed ice! Great value and Best Buy install was fast fast fast!!! Totally a great experience.

When we first received this fridge, it made a lot of noise, likely due to the ice maker first making ice. It was so noisy in fact, that we almost exchanged it, but it finally stopped after a couple weeks. It's a decent fridge for the price. It looks nice, has a lot of room, but the shelving is kind of cheap. You may want to look for something with a little better quality shelving. After 3 months though, it's done the job. Stays cool, and we don't have the noise that we use to.

This one replaces the previous Frigidaire side-by-side we had. Also a 26 cu.ft. model that the refrigerator door actually fell off while opening. We liked that one and this one seems to have addressed the problem we had so hopefully it won't happen again. I love the interior LED lighting. It is much brighter inside. The digital controls are a plus. They control temperature of both freezer-refrigerator, water, cubed ice and crushed ice. It also has an options menu which provides controls over many features. Selection of temperature for both sides is also available. The Cons for me are: Refrigiderator shelf width is less than before. We prefer wider rather than deeper. Shelf stability appears decreased vs. previous model. Owners manual is lacking on instructions for installing shelving. The door shelving instructions are non existent. There is a line drawing showing them installed but small and not a close up and it doesn't mention there are 2 different types of door shelves. It is left to owner to figure it out on their own. Those are my reasons for a 4 star rating rather than 5.

The refrigerator looks great and has tons of room! It is definitely a little noisy at times, but for the price of it, that can be overlooked.

I really did shop around, study my product carfully, after that I shop for the best deal. I love this fredg. So much and best buy are the best in prices and services. Go for it and you won't regret it. Trust me.

Had to replace the Samsung we purchased about 10 years ago. Wanted something different because the Samsung had given a lot of difficulty. Did the research and this one had good reviews. So far it is doing well. One of the main things is that the ice maker, once it got caught up, is keeping up with my family. We use a lot of ice. The Samsung never was able to keep up and had to be serviced several times, both by me and a technician. This one is doing OK right now. We have had it about a month so time will tell if it is going to continue.

Holds temp well. Love the inside lighting. Makes lots of weird noises. Ice dispenser jams often.

This is the best refrigerator I have owned. The LED lighting is great for seeing deep in the back, the shelves are very nice and big. I really like the temp of the fridge and freezer on the door. Works excellent!!! Definitely recommend. Looks great to.

Looks very nice. Smudge resistant...not perfect, but holds up pretty good with 2 teenage boys in the house. LED lights are awesome. Lots of options on the touch screen. Even has a quick ice feature, which is nice when everyone is home for the holidays.

Had to return to 1st one. The doors would not line up. The 2nd one lines up better but not perfectly. The ice maker is very noisy. Also difficult to get to the bucket of ice if you want to fill a cooler of ice. The door ice comes out very fast and doesn't want to stop. We are constantly picking up ice off the floor. The frig itself works fine and looks nice. We would probably not buy this one again.

This refrigerator does as it is supposed to. It keeps things cold. It also creaks, groans and whines more than the 30 year old model it replaced. The ice maker spills ice on the floor unless you use a glass of just the right dimension and hold or just the right way. Overall a nice frig, but it could have used a little engineering QC.
