We had an older version of it. This one makes sure that the doors close all the way. The older one didn't, we were always having to check to see if the doors were closed. Nice improvement.

I spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone trying to connect with someone after geek squad told me that I couldn’t use the extended warranty that I purchased yet and I had to go through Frigidaire. They have horrible customer service! Took forever to connect with a representative and had to keep entering the same information over and over again. I had just went grocery shopping and paid over $150 for food that they are refusing to replace and alls they could say is “we don’t do that. It’s in the manual”. I will never buy a Frigidaire product again.

Door Broke After THREE Months and Frigidaire Won't

I purchased this fridge in December, 2019. By March 2020, the door broke. SEVEN MONTHS LATER and they still haven't fixed it. (I'm still within warranty.) I can't even get in touch with anyone at the company except through chat and they just tell me that someone will call me. No one ever calls me. Please buy your fridge from a different company. It makes me sick thinking of the money I have wasted.

freezer on the bottom is the way to go

When you open both doors the view of the inside of the fridge is so nice because of the lighting and size of the shelves. Any left overs almost never go unnoticed!

Our last one was a Samsung and while it was good this one is much better. The ice is made quickly, the ice size is small cubes, there is an air filter along with the water filter, and the finish is smudge resistant.

Once we got it in, it was easy to put together and get in place. Water dispenser works great.

It was small and had lots of backspacing. Bestbuy was hassle free and got my exchange at no cost and took only a week to get! Thank you

Temperatures stay consistent through both sides and I haven't had any concern with the control panel switching from ice cube to water. The control panel is user friendly.
