The refrigerator is very spacious and love the side pockets

Our son has had a frigididaire gallery refer overshot for several years and it has been excellent, that is the reason we decided to purchase it.

I love this fridge...we got a great deal & it has tons of room. The pull out freezer is very nice too. I wish the freezer part was a tad but larger, but thats what you should always know going into it when it comes to a french door style bottom pull out.

Love this refrigerator. Inside feels like more space than a side by side, and the freezer never seems full. But the handle on the pull-out freezer rocks back and forth 1 month in. Thanks for the extended warranty because this seems breakable.

Best Buy was great, dropped it off and hooked it up and showed my fiancée how to use it. Then the issues started... About two weeks after purchasing it the ice maker froze up. I called customer service and they sent someone out. I thought it was fixed but nope, they've come out four times this last year to fix the same exact issue. I've inquired about a replacement from the manufacturer and they said I have to purchase an extended service plan through them in order to even be considered. I was under the impression that's what I got from them early in the refrigerators life but that apparently was a "different" one that doesn't cover replacements. This thing is the biggest piece of junk you could possibly imagine. Sure it has tons of room and a smudge free finish but when it takes up to five hours to cool down the fridge after you put new groceries in it and doesn't make ice for more than a day at a time you start to get annoyed. DO NOT BUY THIS. If you look around everyone complains about the same things so it's obviously not a fluke.

I'm happy to finally have a French door with bottom freezer and it is beautiful. We are a family of 2 and this refrigerator more than accommodates our needs. Lots of space inside and we love those slide out shelves. You can easily adjust shelf placements as well as the bens on the doors. Door shelves accommodate lots of bottles and jars. Vegetable bins are large and the slide out cool drawer under them is a real plus. Ice maker produces smaller cubes but makes them pretty fast. The bottom freezer is deep and provides easy access to frozen foods. There is also a slide out drawer above the deeper sections. I love being able to get things out without much effort unlike with my old side-by-side narrow freezer. This refrigerator has very nice features and got set up for cooling pretty fast after installation. I gave it 4 stars because the water on door does not get real cold but is okay for how I use it.

I've had my refrigerator for about 3 months and I love it. It's smudge proof which is great with kids and their dirty sticky fingers. I wipe it down with a wet rag or paper towel and it does not leave streaks. I didn't think I would like having the freezer on the bottom but I use the refrigerator way more so it's nice to have that at eye level. I was also worried about not having much room in the freezer but it holds a lot! Speaking of holding a lot, the refrigerated area is huge! So many different shelf options. It took me a while to figure out exactly how to lay out my shelves but now I feel organized. Some people say they don't like having the ice/water dispenser because it takes up space in the refrigerator area but there's still plenty of room. The ice cubes are little squares and it offers crushed ice too. The water tasted funky in the beginning but after a few days it was fine. I have the Gallery line for all of my other kitchen appliances. It's definitely worth spending a little more because the handles have a sleeker look and it doesn't smudge.

When my old Frigidaire refrigerator finally died after 20 years (RIP), I needed a replacement pretty quick. Looked around at all of the usual suspects and stumbled onto this one at Best Buy. It had been returned because (I thought) it had been delivered and didn't fit because is was in absolutely perfect only partially unpacked condition. When it was delivered to me, I learned that it had been packed with Professional instead of Gallery level handles at the factory and that was the reason for the return. No problem. The delivery/install guy sent me back to the store and Best Buy gave me the right handles off of the floor model - done! So essentially, I got a 60% discount on a brand new open box refrigerator within my budget. With the extra savings, I bought the 5 year Best Buy extended warranty which was also discounted reflecting the lower actual purchase price! I was convinced that they would stand behind it after the experience with the handles. The refrigerator itself is a big upgrade from my 20 year old model - although I'm told they don't makem' like they used to. I did get the Best Buy extended warranty, so I'm banking on that and the hope that if it makes it past 5 years, I will have gotten a good one and I'm in the bonus round. Even with the warranty, it'll all be paid for in 4 years at only a $1 a day. Features wise, it's a big French door style stainless refrigerator with all of the nice mid-range features. I'm a bit surprised that I've really fallen in love with the French door/freezer on the bottom layout. I especially like the ability to configure the shelves to my own needs and the bright LED lighting. The Smudge-Proof stainless is hassle free and always looks great too. The controls are appropriate and easy to learn and navigate. I didn't want anything too fancy because it's the electronics that are likely to fail first. I also installed a surge suppressor as a safeguard because of that - even with the warranty. I will tell you that the displayed temperature is a few degrees colder than actual, but I had already read that in the reviews - no problem, I'm not that picky. A couple of other things I liked about the Frigidaire brand, other than the fact that my previous refrigerator lasted so long, were that because they are American made, parts are more readily available and the general cost of matching appliances is modest relative to the higher end brands, so the total cost is much lower if you're doing your whole kitchen or one needs replacing. Design is good (I'm a product designer), they look great, and their function exceeds my actual needs. I think that Frigidaire is a good, appropriate choice and a good value, especially on sale. If it lasts as long as my last one, it'll be a home run. MSRP on the Frigidaire site is $2600, it was on sale new for $1800, and I paid about $1000. At MSRP, I would have been looking at a lot more options. At the sale price, it was a good value but other brands go on sale too. At the discount price, it was a no brainer. The bottom line is that the refrigerator, in-store experience, delivery, and follow-up service were all flawless. Best Buy and Frigidaire are now on my major appliance "Approved Product/Vendor" list!

I love my new fridge. It is very roomy. It is super convenient to be able to change the shelves to accommodate different types of food. I also love having the freezer on the bottom. I used to struggle with trying to stack my frozen food in my side-by-side freezer. When I would try to take out one thing I always had to be conscious that other things would not avalanche out. With the freezer on the bottom, I am able to store larger frozen storage items (i.e. Bags of frozen chicken breasts or a whole turkey) in the bottom bin and then store smaller frozen items in the top sliding drawer. Everything is easy to reach. No more avalanches. I would highly recommend this fridge...especially if you can find it as an open box. We bought it as an open box and used their current promotion of getting 20% off open boxes. We paid less than $1000 for the fridge, geek squad install, and a 5yr geek squad protection (which I also recommend).

Switched out the old side-by-side that was in my house with this shiny new beauty and I must say it was a great choice. I was debating between a side-by-side and a French door one and really liked the drawers that pull out easily on this one and make organization much better. Also has much more room for pots and beer packs for example than the side-by-side. Called my phone joker prior to purchase to see how happy she was with her stainless steel and she gave the good recommendation that she would never get a regular stainless steel one again, but only a textured one. This has the smudge resistant surface, so I was extra sold!

Really like the look and refrigerator storage area of this refrigerator. Really like the convenience of the various features in side this fridge, shelves that push back to allow storage for taller items, great bin and drawer storage as well.

I like this refrigerator, but the water dispenser does not dispense cold water. All other features are great (good storage, multiple trays in freezer), but I use the water dispenser a lot and wish it was cold.

This fridge was a rockstar at Thanksgiving. I ended up having 4 free frozen turkeys. I easily fit 2 of them in the bottom freezer and defrosted 2 others in the fridge. Plus had room for a TON of other food. In years past, I had to juggle leftovers and felt like my fridge was about to explode after Thanksgiving. Not with this fridge! Everything fit with ease. I love the bottom freezer and the sliding top drawer. I store my ice cream pints, frozen veggies, and smaller boxes of frozen food. Nothing is stacked on anything else. There are no avalanches when i try to grab one thing (like what happened in my old side by side fridge. I will never go back to the side by side design. I also love how the shelves are flexible in the fridge compartment. The doors also have great storage space for all my condiments, gallons of milk and other items. The veggie drawers keep my food fresh for a long time. The one con I have experienced is that when it was extremely full, some of the food in the back froze a little. But that may have been an issue for any fridge packed to that level.

We really like our new Frigidaire French door refrigerator. We had had a Samsung that gave us nothing but trouble--constant ice buildup in the freezer. Repairmen couldn't fix it. This one is delightful, roomy. Only drawback is the ice maker capacity, and the small ice cubes. Otherwise, we love it.

My husband bought the Frigidaire Gallery 4 piece appliance set without enough due diligence. The pieces are beautiful-we got the really dark stainless and they look great- but the stove and dishwasher are the only ones we have no complaints with. Gas stove / oven, 5 burners, easy to clean, love it. Problems: The fridge door ‘flipper ‘ is part of the sealing system thats supposed to slide into a track and create a solid seal. But it doesn’t slide into the track on its own; you manually guide it in bc if you don’t air gets out. Very annoying. The ice maker is loud but works well. I like the small-ish cube size and there’s lots of it. The microwave is LOUD. Loud when it’s running; timers are loud but we turned them off; door shutting is loud and has a flimsy feel. Whoever makes these could do better so ... keep looking.

Tons of room and many options for storage. Movable shelves/drawers, hide-away shelf, flip up shelf...etc. There's even a container type piece that I can't identify (looks like a can holder, but there's no where to put it) Freezer has plenty of depth for stacking. Best buy delivery drivers were also awesome in getting it in the house (had to take front door off) and setting it up!

The smudge proof stainless steel is great. The interior has great space. The only issue is the water isn't chilled.

I love the fingerprint resistant feature. It works for nose prints from my dogs too! The adjustable shelves are great. Overall I'm very pleased.

Love our new family friendly fridge! The space for storage is plentiful, same with the freezer drawer. Lighting is perfect. Also love that we can lock the controls at the water dispenser... for those kids who like to meddle and change the settings. Love the adjustable shelves and slide shelf to make room for bigger storage items. We'd definitely recommend this as a family fridge to a larger family. It's quiet, even the ice maker! Great feature to also have with kids it's the smudge proof stainless!!!

Great refrigerator for the price with plenty of storage and usability. The family loves the LED lighting and the ice is amazing, love the cubes. The only thing is, the stainless surface smudges easy and scratches even easier. We always have so much on the front of the refer that it doesn't matter and the real quality lies with the usability and features!
