We have had the fridge for about 4 weeks now, love everything about it except a little disappointed the ice maker cannot keep up sometimes. Other than that we love it, the ice/water dispenser is great because it will accommodate tall glasses.

While having a five-year-old in the house don’t know smudge doors are great refrigerator is very nice but the replacement water filters are $50 every six months so maintenance is about $600 a year in filters . But If you look around most filters are $50

I love the water & ice dispenser on outside of fridge. Freezer is nice size, Because of ice maker, space is limited inside fridge.

This fridge still gets more smudges then a white fridge. Handles show smudges even though the Galleria products claim they do not.

Good deal...good sale....good product. But my Samsung had a door alarm for when the doors were left open. This one does not. Miss that!

I am very satisfied with this fridge! It was an open box and I was a little skeptical but it is absolutely perfect! It looks great and holds an insane amount of food!

This is a great refrigerator. The only reason we give it 4 stars and not 5 is because the ice maker can not keep up with a family of 4 that drinks ice water in the morning and evening. Otherwise it a pretty good fridge. It's not huge but big enough for a family of 3. We have an extra fridge for the 4th family memeber.

We counted on the Frigidaire brand name due to previous refrigerators. This one looked great but sounded like someone was snoring, breathing heavy & then loud crashes with the ice. This may have just been a defective refrigerator but we were so thankful when it was returned (& glad we had purchased item from Best Buy) and our new LG arrived. (which we think is wonderful!) Very disappointing to have the poor quality and experience with this Frigidaire.

Love the refrigerator. Only negative thing is that I need more ice and may have to invest in an ice maker for the freezer. didn't know that was available when I bought the frig. I even questioned the salesman but he said it wasn't available but I think it is.

I have only had this refrigerator for 2 weeks, but I have no complaints so far. The one thing that I have noticed is that you can not get ice through the door while the other door is open. Both doors must be shut for ice, but not water.......no big deal.

One problem, after only two weeks, the light for the ice maker went out. They will be here this week to repair it.

Ice maker gets clogged alot it dosent separate the ice cubes very well

I was really happy to have usable space large enough for condiments in this french door refrigerator. The ice maker makes nice crushed ice and is easy to clean out and check for clogs. The led display is easy to use and lets you know important information regarding the health of the fridge. The only disappointment is the water that comes out of the dispenser is room temperature. I expected it to be cold as with other door dispenser units. I would give it 5 stars for Price to Value but over all the french door units seemed to be unnecessarily over priced.

Love the shiny strip on the handles and the bottom pull out freezer door. Also, love the LED lights and how it brightens up the whole interior and the way they come on gradually.

I did a lot of research before I bought this fridge. There aren't too many with the smudge resistant stainless steel finish, which I was determined to get. This one is great! No fingerprints, no smudges! Mostly very quiet, although it does emit a very high pitched but not loud at all, whine occasionally. Lots of space for condiments or whatever in the doors, which is very handy. Love the wide meat and cheese drawer (an extra large pizza box fits in it) and the veggie and fruit crisper drawers. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

So I bought this based on the brand of Frigidaire and also how amazing Best Buy was with my prior appliance purchases for my steam washer and dryer. Thankfully I purchased the 5 year warranty from the Geek Squad as it has paid for itself for the multiple times I've had to have this unit serviced. First off this thing goes through water and air filters which is an ongoing expense I did not think to budget in fairly quickly. I wouldn't be mad if I lived in the country and had nasty well water but I live in a suburban area where our water supply is extremely clean from an aquifer with water quality through the roof it is so good yet I go through filters frequently. That is minor though compared to the poor design of the ice system. I have had to have the Geek Squad come out twice to replace the entire automated ice making system and/or the screw inside that pushes the ice out the front delivery and it seems like it is starting to go bad again and will require a third visit. The ONLY reason that I give this product 2 stars is because of the amazingly nice service that Best Buy and the Geek Squad has provided but I am wary if I hadn't bought the 5 year plan how screwed I would be in costs to fix and replace this system.

Works good so far, no problems 2 months in. Keeps my food cold.

My new fridge is a total delight. I love the size, the drawers, the space. My old one lasted for more than 25 years and I am looking forward to this one lasting just as long.

Had a gallery refrigerator before and loved it. Had to leave it when our old house sold. Purchased a brand famous for phones and TV's, they should stick to those and not kitchen appliances. Looked at reviews and chose, again, the Gallery by Frigidaire. Added the freezer ice maker package as we use a lot of ice and the freezer ice maker keeps up with us. Only issue we have had was we had to turn the temp up in the refrigerator section as it started to freeze some items. Good so far.

Great product, hard to find anything wrong with the fridge. The only thing I would change is the ice maker, with someone who regularly uses ice the ice maker has a hard time keeping up. Other than that, its a great product and would recommend to friends and family.
