We had to return the first one because there was issue with water hook up. I would have returned this too because I don’t think motor is working correct, but it’s been a hassle to load and unload refrigerators. I wouldn’t buy this again. I would go with GE or Kitchenaid. I also don’t like that it is not made in USA.

Took 2 hours with 2 people to remove it plus we had to put on the handles. Not the thing for two 70 year old people need to do crawling on the floor. If we knew this a head of time might have purchased from a different store. Refrigerator is nice delivery and service not so good.

Had to get used to go from a side-by-side to a french door style. Still learning. Two ice makers is a little too much, so I turned off the lower one.

My prior one (another brand) went out and we were without refrigeration for over 10 days so when received this is was much needed. It cooled fast and the ice maker can be a bit nosy especially when originally filling but otherwise has no complaints.
