Works great until it doesnt
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We got this when we built our home (just over a year ago) the entire unit worked great and looked nice however 1year and 19days after install, the entire unit stopped working. (Comes with 1 year warranty) customer service is a joke and canclled my appoint for repair 3x. Finally I got an explanation why which is that they dont service out if warranty items and referred me to the closest local repair tecgnician who confirmed it would cost more to repair than replace. Fridgeaire does not atand by their products whatsoever and wont even come out if its not under warranty or a “purchased” factory extended warranty which we didnt find out about until it was to late. Save yourself thousands and avoid this brand

Lasted less then 1 year
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mine was DOA when it was first installed. Had to wait 3 weeks to get the parts to get it to power on. One more service call due to the fan clipping the metal housing. Then, after 10 months, it completely died again. 3 months and counting and no oven, no microwave and no ETA in parts (I call every few days for an update). Eletricals in this thing are poorly designed. Spend more on another brand. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
