No oven for christmas….
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited about this purchase, which came three days ago… until i tried it yesterday. I used the top oven an followed directions with manual in hand, when i noted the oven was taking for ever to preheat: 1 hour to get to 350F. Then the probe made a loud ‘pop’ sound, so I took it out of the oven and noticed the fan was not running. Finally the light stopped working on the whole unit. I went to best buy and they were understanding and said they would replace the unit. The oven is 3 days old! I figured I still had the bottom one to cook for xmas and new year’s. I used the bottom oven this evening and there was another ‘pop’ sound and this time, it started smoking and that fan gave up. I think, short of blowing up, everything that could go wrong did. I am basically left with no oven. So, not sure what we are going to do for xmas and New year’s eve as the replacement will not get here until January 2nd. Very disappointing as I had a whole menu planned for the Holidays, using my ovens. I hope the replacement unit will work better, but i am very nervous. I am keeping my hopes up reading the various good comments, wish me luck!

Great updated kitchen look

It has way more features then I will ever use on a daily basis. It fits our built in space a little differently than our previous oven so will need to tweak our cabinetry to get our finished look.

Do not buy this unit!!!!!!!!!

You cannot use the microwave and oven at the same time without the unit shutting off. You have to wait 5 minutes and then you can put the breaker back on the restart the unit. We have had multiple repair people out here and they have replaced pretty Much the whole oven, including part of our electrical panel and it still doesn't work right. Buy another brand!
