Customers are positive about the Gallery 30" Electric Induction Cooktop's easy-to-use controls and straightforward installation. Many appreciate the intuitive controls and quick setup process. However, customers are mixed on the induction cooktop itself, with some experiencing compatibility issues with their cookware and others reporting malfunctions. The transition to induction cooking may require adjustments for some users.

This cooktop is easy to use and even features auto sizing (it detects your pot/pan size and adjusts to that dimension). Easy to clean as well!

Lots of research on which model to buy. For the price, this one can't be beat. I love induction cooking.

Purchased this product on May 18, 2023. Two of the ranges/heating spots went out on 14 Nov 23, a week before Thanksgiving. Frigidaire was only able to send out a technician on 11 Dec 23. The technician came out and diagnosed an issue that required parts to be ordered. The parts were on backorder and weren't received until 29Dec23. Frigidaire then sent out a second technician on 03Jan23 and again we were informed that we needed more parts for the cooktop. However, to make matters worse the whole cooktop was not operational and I was told I had to wait 10 days for another generator to be ordered. I believe none of the technicians knew what they were doing because the second technician seemed puzzled that the first guy ordered so many parts. Frigidaire uses a third party (Electrolux) to repair their products and its horrible service. I asked frigidaire to send out a new cooktop and they refused. They also won't refund me my money. I purchased this cooktop at the end of August 2020 and had it installed 10/08/20. I absolutely loved it for the first 4 months. Then on the morning of 2/14/21 I was cooking some eggs and there was a loud pop and a spark. The cooktop died and displayed error code 41. Had to turn off the breaker due to lights dimming. Contacted Geeksquad, since I took out the warranty. I was referred to Frigidaire since it was so new. They sent a technician out on March 6. Many things were wrong. I wanted a replacement but Frigidaire insisted on replacing parts. I have 3 boxes of parts from Frigidaire here waiting for the technician to come back. He is scheduled for 4/9/21. I have been without a cooktop for 6 weeks at this point. I hope it will truly be fixed after April 9. I’m pretty frustrated that I can’t cook the way I want to. I cannot make my usual Easter meal next Sunday. FRUSTRATING!!
