Really enjoying the Quick Boil Burner. Speeds up the process of water boiling for pasta and other items. Also liking the overall look as we have received compliments on that as well

One burner has given an issue. Sometimes won't turn on. When the stove top was delivered I saw a scratch on it. It was installed so I could have a stove, and they are re-ordering a new one so the burner problem won't be issue once the new stove is installed. Just frustrating to have to wait.

I hate this cook top and regret the purchase. Frigidaire does not stand behind their products. The 1st use left black marks on the burner ring, plus 1 of the knobs had a gauge in it. Both items were replaced, lucky I called because you only get 7days as they refer to these as cosmetic, seriously. I should have returned it. Because even cleaning it with recommended products with a soft microfiber cloth there are scratches all over the stainless and all the burners have black marks on them. The replacement was a waste of time apparently the materials they are using are not good. The latest that just happened the black grates literally a piece chipped off. I have never had that happen before, my previous cooktop was a cheap whirlpool that latest 10 years and I didn't have any of these problems. I will never buy Frigidaire again. They must know their product is horrible if they only give you 7 days. Worse appliance purchase ever.

Great product, Best Buy provided good service and installation!

We had to have the installer come back to adjust the flame height, though both installers at first refused to do so. I had to show them manual instructions. Also, grease left a mark on the metal area, and the grates are very heavy and hard to clean. I don’t recommend this product.

Looks nice but when installed, stove wasn’t working properly. An igniter wasn’t working kept making a clicking noise had to call a technician. For a new stove, very disappointing. Gave a 2 star because it atleast looks good.
