It works great! The induction cooktop is very easy to clean, very easy to control the temperature, and it heats water like lightning! It is a reasonable price induction range, not much more than typical gas or electric ranges. Cooking is much less smelly than the gas range we replaced, and the heat is faster and just as controllable as gas.

First unit was terrible. It was broken on arrival and getting a new one turned out to be quite a hassle. I finally got Best Buy Corporate involved and they solved the issue. Once I got the replacement it has been a great range for the price.

We bought this oven to replace our old one and didn’t know it was an induction oven so we had to buy all new pots and pans but I’m so glad we did because it heats SO much faster - cooks MUCH more evenly and has made cooking more enjoyable. So happy our other one kicked the bucket.

We have been using the stove a few weeks and it has worked very well. The price is the lowest compared to other models. A few features that are missing that other models have are not missed and do not affect its performance. If you are looking for an induction range at an affordable price this is it. The build quality is very good.

Induction FTW! This is the only model we could find with rear controls and could replace our old stove without having to remodel the whole kitchen. Works great, heats things in half the time, and no residual heat afterwards. Very efficient!

Overall, a great deal on induction, but you do get what you pay for. Once you've had induction, you won't go back! This unit in particular had a faulty oven light bulb, which shattered and cut my finger, but I presume that is not a widespread issue. Also, the front left burner is off-center, so the magnets underneath are not aligned with the circles printed on the glass, which makes it seem as though the cooking is quite uneven. It can be mostly corrected by moving your pan, but seems like a QA fail. I echo the other reviewers' opinion of the air fry, which is likely just a reflection of these manufacturers trying to advertise an extra feature that really doesn't live up to expectations. All controls are touch, that respond slowly to me and at least one other reviewer. However, if you want the induction and standard oven features at a reasonable price, this is an excellent choice.

Loving this range. I went from 15 years using gas to having to use electric. The lack of response in electric stove drove me crazy. This stove has quick temperature change response. The glass cooktop is easy to clean, so much neater than coils and drip pans. Air fry function is great for large batches, finding it a bit easier to use the counter top model for small batches. Some people mentioned noisy burners, I only find them noisy on the 3 highest settings until the burner gets to temp. The self clean leaves the oven almost like new. I've done the steam clean twice and haven't seen it make any difference at all.

Wow! We started using Induction while traveling in Europe. The electric stoves produced here in the US, suck. The older models and probably the VERY expensive units employ rheostat type temperature control. The newer models utilize thermostatic control..the burner turns ON full-OFF repeatedly until the thermostat reaches a setting. THIS DOES NOT WORK. Induction dials in the temperature...WONDERFUL! And this unit works and is REASONABLY priced. Nice Job Frigidaire! Thank you. If you cannot get natural gas...GET INDUCTION! Convection Oven works like a dream too. This is all feedback from my Wife, who cooks..cooks..cooks! We need a new stove at our other house, which has gas...we are considering purchasing another!!! I'm sure the more expensive units may have better build quality, but this one is just fine!

Excellent appliance. Quick heating range with baking options such as convection or standard plus an air fry option I haven't used yet.

I purchased this range for my daughter. She had a similar Frigidaire range but it was not induction. Since she is an avid baker and restaurant quality cook, I purchased the induction range with the Convection/Air Fryer oven. Great combination and I HIGHLY recommend the Induction stove. No kidding, you can boil a quart of water in 90 seconds. Takes longer to cook the toast than the egg for an egg sandwich! You can not lose with this range.

Definitely a life changer with induction have yet to mess with a lot of features on this oven but very happy with the clean appearance and the speed of the stove top

Love our new range. We did not notice it upon delivery but the drawer was damaged.

If you don't have gas available in home, get this induction unit. The control of temp is very similar to gas. The tradeoff is aluminum cookware won't work. Cast iron and steel works. Newer cookware has induction symbol if compatible. Air fry in oven is very nice. Over all recommend this range.

This Frigidaire Induction stove works great! Induction stoves heat extremely quickly unlike traditional electric stoves and only heat the cookware. It has greater electrical efficiency over standard electric cook tops. The cooktop remains cool until a pan is placed on it. Frigidaire is priced much less than competitors but is full featured. The price was just cut in the past month, after we bought it. The oven does seem to overheat so per the manual we are adjusting the temperature a bit lower for baking.

The cooktop is excellent, only heats to the size of the pan it will not turn on unless there's a pan on it.

Great stove only downside was that quality control is not the best the stove had an error upon arrival luckily it was just a loose connector on a induction plate. I was able to plug that sucker in and has been flawless since. Would never go back to gas or a regular electric stove again!

My Mother is on a fixed income and needed a stove ASAP. She tried Lowes, Home Depot and other appliance stores. I asked her to check Best Buy and she selected the Frigidaire free standing range from the scratch and dent section. It was perfect and provided many other features that she did not have in the previous range. The best part of the transaction was the price. No problems to report.

Love the induction stove. It heats up quickly and cools down fast after power is turned off. It would have been a smoother installation if when purchased that I was told a power cord was required as a separate purchase
