It only stays on for a period of time before it moves down to High - to keep the liquid from boiling dry. I haven't used the Air Fry yet (just purchased the rack that's needed for that) but I'm really looking forward to that feature as well. This is my first stainless steel appliance, so I'm learning how to deal with smudges, etc.

A piece of clothing can touch one of the digital buttons and start the oven!

Always used gas but in my new home it was not cost effective, so I went with induction. It is great. Immediate response to either increasing or decreasing the heat on the stove. The oven has a number of different modes (regular, convection, and air fry) which is great.
