In the future I will not be getting a freestanding range with no burners. You have to clean immediately and it we have to use special pans for this stove. I would prefer to have a normal burner stove.

Posted .Hey Jenn, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Great news, there is a solution for your problem that I use myself. Apply a few drops of cooktop cleaning crème directly to the soiled area. Rub the soiled area using a 3M Scotch-Brite Blue Multi-Purpose No Scratch Scrub Sponge, applying pressure as needed. If the soil remains, carefully scrape soil with a metal razor blade scraper, holding scraper at a 30 degree angle to the surface. Remove the loosened soils with cooktop cleaning cream and buff surface clean. Please connect with us directly if you have any other questions. Kindly, Jennifer

Excellent stove for price paid
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to replace a 13 year old stove with oven issues. Did a lot of research on lower end models. This unit seems to provide good value for cost. Wife has Parkinson's so dials are easy to use and manipulate. Also minimal digital controls so simpler for her to handle. Did not want a convection oven again easier to not have to re-learn how to bake. Oven does pre-heat at least 3 times faster than old stove. Results were exactly as expected from a properly functioning oven. Burners work great and provide consistent heat, warmer element is adjustable which is a plus. Stove top easy to clean put does show finger prints etc. much easier than the last stove's cooktop. Control of heat seems to be slightly better and more even than old stove too. Oven size is bigger and hidden bottom element is also nice.
