We have had 4 service calls and the oven still won’t heat above 160 degrees and the broiler does not work.

Cleans up beautiful after a messy cook, love the air fryer, oven temp is extremely accurate. we get compliments anytime someone sees it. Purchased this range 3 yrs 3 months ago and purchased the 5 year service plan. The oven igniter went out yesterday and Best Buy says there is not an authorized repair service near me so they are going to replace the range with the same identical unit. We did move to a remote location so the 2 hour drive to pick up a brand new is fine with me, its time to clean the oven anyway, so ill just let that slide!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 3 years and a week before Thanksgiving, the gas safety valve stopped working so I could not use Bake on the oven. I did not have an extended warranty. When I called Frigidaire for help I was told they could offer me an extended warranty for $500 but that the earliest they could send someone was 60 days!!? How is that helpful? In order to get it repaired so I can use it will cost me $600 for parts and labor. I will never buy a Frigidaire product again which is a sham as I need to buy a new fridge.
