You've put us on hold for months, repeatedly delaying delivery and prompting us to reschedule a delivery date. When I've called to reschedule, I seldom get through and most recently the person didn't return 4 of my voice mail messages. I spent over an hour on the chat trying to determine the amount y'all would compensate us for such a late delivery to be told there was no way to determine this amount until time of product delivery. When I persisted and spoke to a supervisor, he told me an amount: $21. This is an absurdly low compensate amount. Then the next day, y'all inform us that the product and order have been cancelled. Now I want to know how much you plant to compensate us for credit card interest payments, reduced investment income as you've been holding our money all these months. I believe this is criminal activity and may pursue compensation if BB doesn't offer it quickly and substantially. Regardless, I'm done with BB.

It was the best date for delivery compared to any of the other places that sold this range. I cant wait to start using it. Right before Thanksgiving. Yeah!

It is a convection range with optional air fry basket that is DOES NOT come with. Company should be so cheap, include the basket instead of amking customers get it elsewhere.

If so good. So far the range works exceptionally well. It preheats to 400 in less than 4 minutes. The air-fry feature adds so much to cooking and baking.

My kids came flying down the stairs to see what was going on. Needless to say, it is being returned. Best Buy was very kind and apologetic and helped me order a different brand.

Would have given it 5 stars but it was a little damaged on the side, but not enough to return it and wait on a new one.

Still learning and experimenting with the air fry feature, seems like it’s regular bake time but time will tell. Nonetheless this is a top notch appliance, oh fingerprint resistance is great!!
