It has a burner on the top right that has 3 size settings. I can now easily use some of my larger pans. And they heat up so quickly. We've only had it a month and it's made cooking so much easier and more delicious.

When I use the Quick Preheat and set it to 350 degrees the actual temperature, using an oven thermometer, only reaches 100 degrees. Try baking a cake with that! Its impossible!! I called to have it repaired and the cost is over $650. I only paid $800 for the stove to start with so that price is ridiculous. Originally I loved the stove until this happened. I am in the process of looking to buy the same stove but will this happen again??

SORRY for This purchase

The fan works with EVERY oven setting which messes up the oven temperature. My cupcakes are always lopsided, my soufflé and Dutch Pancakes never rise on one side. This NEVER happened with my Samsung. The fan is annoying loud and always in and off humming. When I cook bacon in the oven at 400 degrees the fan cycles in and off and splatters grease all over the oven. Again, this never happened in my previous Samsung. I have to keep rotating my food, cakes, pizza etc because the front of the oven is always browning to quickly while the back of oven doesn't. I've had the service man in twice in less than 6 months to replace defective panels. I'd say PASS on this one.

Don't Buy Frigidaire
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.About 8 months old and the whole oven control panel died. can't do anything with it. You can't even turn it off, it has to be unplugged. This goes with my Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher that right out of the box doesn't work. Two trips by repair and the tech said it was a design defect and can't be fixed and call Frigidaire. When I called Frigidaire they said "the technician came out and put the new part in. It is fixed". No it's not. Trying to get anybody at Frigidaire is almost futile. It took four hours of calling before I wasn't disconnected due to "high call volume". Yeah, because their products are junk.

That sound is the metals expanding as they heat up. You may also hear a standard electrical humming noise as it processes the food. A humming noise on your range can be considered normal behavior and can be heard throughout the cooking cycle and after the oven is shut off. This can take between 30 and 60 minutes.
