Upgrading our kitchen was never so easy with such a great range/oven. The flat top range is pretty easy to keep clean as is the oven. LOVE the smudge resistant coating on the stainless steel! Will always buy that option going forward. Great bang for the buck.

This range was bought to match our new Frigidaire microwave and has performed well. We like the convection feature which speeds up cooking time. The top needs to be cleaned often but smudges on the stainless steel wipe off effortlessly.

So far it has been really nice. Looks great with out other Gallery appliances. The only concern is the surface. We used it once and got a scratch. So we had to buy new pots and pans, but have not had any issues since. It does take a while to boil water, which is a little disappointing.

The fan in the oven is very loud. So loud that I wish I had not purchased this model. Also, the storage drawer is hard to open and close. The guy from Geek Squad said that's the way it's made. I know this isn't a top of the line product but, for a manufacturers list price of over $800 you would think the drawer would open/close more smoothly. I like the control panel and the cooktop. The oven temperature is accurate and cooks well.

I am having a little problem with the oven on the new stove. It seems to read less than the temp. at which it is set. When the preheat goes off it is not up to temp. I discovered when baking that the temp. on the oven reads 350 but a thermometer that I place inside is 25 degrees less. I leave the thermometer in for 20 min. or more and it always reads less than the temp. I have to put the oven at 375 to get a 350 reading.

Always get great service and price at Best Buy. The only problem I have is with the 3rd party delivery and install people. When they delivered the stove they wouldn't install it because the other stove had a screw attaching it to the floor. Also had the same problem when I ordered a washing machine and dryer.

I do like that I don't have coils and a pan to constantly clean. The oven is nice that there are no exposed bottom coils. I'm very careful not to slide the pots or pans around as I don't want to scratch the surface. Have to be extra careful with the cast iron pans. So far no marks.

We recently made an international purchase of a Frigidaire gallery range. Customer service helped us by phone place the order while in Canada for delivery in Florida. The order was placed and delivered and installed within three days! Good quality and made in the US.

I wanted a smudge resistant stainless oven with five stovetop burners and this fit the bill. The convection oven is nice and price was very reasonable too.
