I have this unit in my kitchen and it makes it cold enough that I can see my breath after an hour or so if I have it on full blast. Having it in my kitchen was a minor oversight on my part, since it doesn’t have proper circulation with the rest of my home. I can safely say that it’ll be able to cool off multiple rooms with ease.

This Air Conditioner pumps air out at a very powerful level. Might be a little noisy, but does the job well. We use it in our main living area and kitchen. With the help of a couple fans, both rooms stay very cool. Just turn the surround sound up and let the fan do its thing.

Great looking AC programmable so that when you return home it is already cooled. The noise e level is modest, but I would have preferred a lower noise level thats why the 4 star rating instead of 5.

Nice AC. Cools our dining room/kitchen areas and looks good. The connection to WiFi is really fantastic as well especially when you want to cool the room before you arrive home. No issues so far albeit a short time

This is a great AC unit, but Check your Breakers before you carry it home. heavy duty. I live in old, old apt with old breakers and had to return the AC and get a smaller unit.

I would give 0 if possible. to summarize: Noisy, less powerful than regular units, the "smart part" of the appliance is not reliable (continually disconnecting from wifi), and after 2 months of use is rusting out. First and foremost the noise: unbelievable! I noticed that right away, but I thought to exchange that for the convenience of the smart appliance and the reliability of the brand. After some use you realized that the app is not always reliable and that the appliance drop the wifi connection and you have to reset and pair it again for the AC to work. After 2 (yes TWO) months of use the bottom is rusting. I have other AC unit for years installed on the windows with no issue. I called Frigidaire and a less than pleasant representative explained to me that their policy in these cases is to send out a technician and if it is a warranty issue they will pay, otherwise the customer is responsible for the charge, that buy the way you are not allowed to know. Another note for the customer service: they give you an appointment window and the number of the technician encouraging you to call them right away, once you call the technician has no clue of the matter. I had similar issues with LG and Kenmore that admitted the item was defective just sending them photos of the damage and replaced it. A personal not for who looks for smart appliances integration, there are accessories out there that can make you AC unit smart and App controlled that are 100 times more reliable and dependable and have Smartthings integration (that this one do not support) and this solution is actually cheaper than buying these units.

Picked up after racking up high electricity bills from my 30 year old AC and this has not only lowered my bills, it has made setting it without wasting power so easy

Pretty good AC. A little louder than my last 12k btu Frigidaire but not much. My biggest complaint is the app. Changing the temperature and fan speed using it can sometimes take awhile because it keeps resetting to the original settings. But overall it's a good AC and I like turning it on and off and setting the temperature using Alexa

Really like the look of this unit. Cools nicely but have to say it always seems to register the room much cooler than it actually is. App is nice and works well. I recommend having this shipped to The store and picked up because I had 4 shipped to my house all arrived severely damaged. The 5th one I picked up at the store got it home and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. 6th one seems to be the charm.

This is our first air conditioner and it kept us cool during a recent wave of heat.

AC delivered as promised. It cools my 850 sq feet living room even on low! The app can be a bit buggy sometimes but the remote works just fine.

Had issues with the WiFi component when I first got it. Technical support had no clue how to fix it. Issue went away when I upgraded my WiFi router, my previous one was about 5-7 years old so if you’re having issues then that is probably why it won’t connect. The AC works well but the WiFi features are clunky. Wouldn’t recommend buying just for the WiFi features alone.

This unit is perfect for people on the go the wifi lets you set the temp from anywhere.

I’m in love with the smart features. I 100% recommend it. The sound is a lot let than the older version.
