My old ac worked much better. Also I have one in my bedroom a smaller one and when I link my phone to one of these the other deletes.

I disagree with other people reviews stating it is loud. All Ac units make noise. They must have never had Ac to say it is loud. It is about the same loudness as the unit it replaced.

Used in our attic master bedroom. Works like a charm. Eco mode makes things simple. Apps is okay wish it had integration into my Nest thermostat.

Sorry to read your new Frigidaire - Gallery 550 Sq.Ft Smart Window Air Conditioner is not cooling your room properly.
I recommend checking the direction of your louvers, an improper direction may result in non-cooling of the room. Also, ensure the front of the unit is not blocked by drapes, blinds, furniture, etc. – restricting air distribution of the a/c unit.
