    This air conditioner is advertised as having wifi and remote control features. Not sure how they could mess this up, but the wifi doesn't work.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your A/C experience, mdwhite. I recommend uninstalling the Mobile App and unplug the cord from the outlet for 20-30 seconds. Once done, re-install the App, power the unit back on, and try connecting to WiFi with the Mobile App. If you still have difficulties with connecting the appliance to the Mobile App, please feel free to reconnect with us for additional assistance.     App is basically non functional. 2 weeks in with the unit still can't use the app

      Hey Paige! I recommend uninstalling the Mobile App and unplug the cord from the outlet for 20-30 seconds.     Nice AC. Stylish. I bought it to use with Alexa. It worked great for seven days before the WIFI stopped working. Customer service at Frigidaire doesn't exist in my experience. It was impossible to get in touch with them. After trying to reach them for a couple of weeks, I tried to return it to Best Buy. Apparently Best Buy's customer service and return policy doesn't extend past 15 days, so I'm stuffed. Next experience will involve a different manufacturer and a different retail store. Such is life. Lesson learned.
