    Oven never worked, Frigidaire service failed

    The oven in my induction range did not work when installed. Frigidaire made and broke several promises on when it will be repaired. They now say it will be repaired over a month from now - more than 2 months after installation - and I don't believe them. I'm already past the time when Best Buy will replace it. My lesson: be aware of how long you have to return it If it's not working. Be sure to return it before the Best Buy return date limit. Don't believe repair promises.

    This stove was amazing for 5 months until the main board broke. I now have talked to support for two months trying to get them to honor the warranty. It seems they are trying to get the time to run out on it. I have been told by service techs this is the new system. The stove is to new to get parts to fix it but they will not replace it because these parts exist somewhere, so in theory the stove can be repaired. It’s like a stupider catch 22. Very frustrating and adds a lot of dining out expenses to an already expensive stove.

    I actually ordered this range, then cancelled my order because the magnets/burners are just too small. Otherwise great features from which other manufacturers could take a note.

    Works great! We only know this because after Best Buy rescheduled delivery / installation 3 times, we canceled our order with them and had it delivered ane installed by a different company. Recommend the stove, but not from Best Buy

    First time using steam bake 1 month in and the unit broke. The cooktop displayed all sorts of codes. Did a reset of breaker and tried steam clean at a later date and no luck. It seems steam functions are all dead now. Awaiting warranty repair if the repair service will ever call me. Called Frigidaire and they were useless. Probably should have bought LG.

    The delivery men were excellent. They were very courteous and felt bad about my plight of dealing with 2 floods. They couldn't believe how high the water was.

    I also have a defective unit. Cook top shuts off even on level 1 to keep warm after about 5 minutes. Sautes veggies on medium low like Meduim high. I have induction cookware, used the right sized units. Installed it on Sunday, returning it on Tuesday.

    Worst purchase of my life... This is an absolute DO NO T BUY.. Even one drop of water on the cooking surface and the sensors go wild and turn off the stove. This stove is not functional. Who would have thought that cooking something on a cook top would produce splatter, splashes and spills. Dozens of ruined meals. At times the only means we can clear the sensors is to unplug the stove and replug.. I want my money and can prove this piece of kitchen furniture should not be called an appliance.
